I’m running a 3.0.5 phpbb board and I’m getting complaints that when some users register they do not receive their activation email to the address they registered with, I have more than 40 pages of of users without their account being activated.

I’m looking for someone who csn fix the problem.

The Board contains pornographic content.

I need an EXPERT PHP PROGRAMER WITH KNOWLEDGE IN PHPBB. No beginner programmer or programs not experinced in phpbb are wanted.

I have a newer site with a custom “myspace-type” script that runs with a registration system. This registration system admin not only controls the myspace users but it is also joined to the phpbb on the site. So basically we don’t manage the 2 seperately. When someone joins the site, they are automatically signed up to the myspace section as well as made members in our phpbb forum all in one shot. When we manage our users we do it from a custom admin section. So for example, if we delete someones account it deletes them not only from the myspace section but also from the phpbb forums. The registeration system and the phpbb are intergrated together and we have are own custom admin panel to manage everything.

HERE IS MY PROBLEM:

These scripts all seem to work fine. Except for one thing. If I go on and create and account and then I go to the phpbb forums I may see all the forums or I may not.. For some reason some people can sign up and see all the forums and others can’t.. I don’t think this is a blocking or ip issue or anything like that because I can go on there and register 10 accounts right now from my computer and if I login some of them will let me see all the forums and the others will only let me see 1 forum.. It’s always the same 1 forum that they see. Again some accounts created can see all of them.. the other half can only see one forum.–even if you create accounts on the same computer.

I need someone who is a professional. We can’t afford to have the website messed up or additional errors caused. This is a live site so we need to do this quickly and efficiently without causing problems for the users.

I need this fixed so that everyone account sees all the forums. This must be done without compromising what we have already built. It must function exactly the way it does now except allows everyone to see the forums. I don’t want a different registration system or have to manage 2 registration systems to make this work. I like they way it works now. I just need you to figure out why and fix the issue with not everyone seeing all the forums.

I prefer to work with someone that can use msn messenger so that we can communicate better.

I believe the site uses phpbb3 but I am not for sure.
