We have multiple website which keep getting attacked adding scripts to the home page making it infected. We have a server which has php4 installed and want to install php5.3.1 parallel (have installed at the same time)and be able to switch from php4 to php5 etc. The idea is to be able switch from 4 to 5 to test code for upgrade.

You will have root access to server
Need instructions for switching versions – preferably could be done through .htaccess file but not required. Only requirement is instructions for switching.

I have an old PHP4 library that I would like to update to PHP5.
The code is encoded with ioncube and the company who did it 3 years ago is gone.
I would need someone to decode it first and see if it is working.
If it works, I will then make a new project for porting the code from PHP4 to PHP5.
For now, bid only for the decoding part.

Our server is running Apache 1.3.41, with PHP 4.4.9.

Our server is full of important scripts which require PHP4. These would break if we converted to PHP5.

However, we now need to install a new script which requires PHP5. We can’t upgrade the whole server to PHP5, and we do not want to have to get a new server.

I have heard that it is possible to create an environment where PHP5 can run, separately, on a PHP4 server.

If you have done this in the past, and are 100% confident that you can do it safely, we’d like to hire you to do this on our server — install PHP5 on our server, running separately and not interfering with PHP4.

i have a dedicated server which i recently upgraded the OS and in doing so i was forced to upgrade to php 4.4.7 and now some of my php scripts do not work properly

I need someone to downgrade my server from php 4.4.7 to just php 4 (i think or maybe just one version before 4.4.7) so that my scripts will work as they did before the upgrade to php 4.4.7
