I need wordpress set up for our website blog

The wordpress blog needs to be set up with easy to use navigation and comments. Comments need to be editable or removed.
I will enter the content, so ease of content entering is essential.
I need an information form on the blog where a person can fill out the information request and e-mail it to me.
The blog needs to be feeds friendly.
