I am attempting to get a php web service up and running. I got an example php web service php file from the web. This part works, when I send the following URL “http://www.xxxxxxx.com/dbaccess.php?type=read& user=46229436922& software=email” to the php file the correct info shows on the web browser window.
The following is what I can’t get right.

Using the zip code, the PHP will then access a database and determine which of the “terms of use” to display.

users will need to select “I agree to the terms of use” check box before being allowed to click submit. If a user has not filled out the form correctly and hits submit, the form will highlight the incorrect field so that the user can correctly fill it out.

Successful Submit:

there will be 4 databases total;
1 – a database of zip codes, counties/corps, and terms of use(will provide a CSV file upon acceptance of bid)
2 – Database used for storing “pending” donor sites.
3 – Database used for storing “accepted” donor sites.
4 – Database used for storing “denied” donor sites.

When a user successfully submits a form a notification will be sent to the appropriate county/corps contact (recipient) as well as the submitter’s email, confirming that their application is “pending”. The recipient’s email will include a link to a page that will let them approve or deny the application. This page will require a login. This page will then move the database item from the “pending” database to either the “approved” or “denied” database respectively. All the items from the original form must remain in the final database, either approved or denied.

A final email will be sent to both the submitter and the recipient confirming that their application was either approved or denied.

* Unfortunately, only fluent English speaking developers will qualify for the project due to the nature of the project. Please submit a resume and a minimum of 3 urls of samples projects.

* The lowest bid may or may not win the auction.

* Project must be completed by October 1st.

We have an application that checks whether Broadband is available on a telephone line. This is done through a PHP script that communicates with an external URL using SOAP (sourceforge.net/projects/nusoap).

It takes the required telephone number (as well as our username and password) and presents them to the external interface thourgh web services. Based on the results returned it then redirects to a certain page on our website.

It will also store the results into a database for later access if required.

We have extensive documentation on the web services along with the already completed PHP file, however it just needs someone who understand PHP and SOAP to be able to get it running for us and turn it into a working application. This was written for us by a very experienced web agency but they do not have the resource available at the moment to implement it.

This is not envisaged to be a large task as the application has already been written, it just needs to be tidied up and implemented correctly.

This MUST be completed by end of this weekend. There will definately be additional work on the back of this.

The documentation is very detailed so your English must be excellent.

We will take Hourly rates on this and use this as a benchmark for further projects.

To be clear – you must be highly skilled in SOAP and PHP, and available today/tomorrow otherwise do not waste your time.

Urgent- I have a large, custom web site done in WP with Php Programming. Please bid only if you are very experienced in programming and can get the job done quickly. This is not a job for beginner programers.

I need the following updates/changes on my web site:

Fix top right box that is misaligned in Safari browser
Remove the dates from underneath photos in photo gallery (when the photo is enlarged)
Fix the formatting of pages when print icon is utilized (remove URLs, fix alignment, etc.)
Remove limit of posts under categories (I think I can only have 10 posts (pages) per parent category??
