Specifically I need to be able to schedule a broadcast message to the whole list of subscribers and be able to send an individual message to a single subscriber. These additions may also entail making changes to the MySQL database the script uses to get this working.

There will be additions needed later on and am willing to re-hire the person selected for this project to add the future feature addons.

We have a pre-written PHP script that needs installed and configured to work on our server.

We pay fast and are looking for a good kand reliable programmer for regular projects.
