I have a real estate site that displays each property location using Googlemaps (this is done by entering the Lat/Lon values into the relevant fields in the admin side of the website).

My problem is that in admin the Lat/Long coordinates have to be entered manually. I have created an .html page which displays a properties’ coordinates when you click on the map, which then have to be copy/pasted into the two fields in admin, but I want to be able to integrate this page into the admin’s .php page to save the copy/paste on every property listed on the site.

I have two solutions for programmers:

1) Convert the .html page into useable php and integrate it into my admin page (please note I have already tried this but the map doesn’t display).

2) Insert the .html page as a frame into admin, and then create some method (javascript?) of clicking a button next to each Lat/Lon field and have that be copied from the frame into the main admin page.

When making a bid please be sure to enter Option 1 or Option 2 with your bid – if you don’t do this I can’t consider you because it means you haven’t read and/or understood the project details properly.

There are two things wrong with the WP page that function on the php page.

1. If you click on any of the other dropdowns in the “other scans” tab they don’t appear. However, they work on the php page.

2. There is supposed to be a small stock chart that appears in a tooltip when the mouse is hovered over the “ticker” in the results. It doesn’t work on the WP page but it does on the php page.

I need someone that can help me troubleshoot this and get both of the above to work. Please ask questions via pmb if needed. Thanks!

I need a pop-up or a generic script that will run code, which contain anything that I want, including a pop-up, when the users exits the page. I have to be able to add conditions to the script. For example, if I only want the pop-up to appear if a certain cookie has been set when they attempt to exit the page, I need to be able to define that condition using PHP.

Is the above clear enough ? Every ten pages the numbers change. So page30 would display links to 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 etc etc

Currently there are 61 pages. There a three notices displayed on each page and they can have pictures with each notice… some do, some don’t. Pretty easy for a programmer who knows php and how to change it and make it work. I need the changes commented in the code. that is very important for future programming adjustments. Whoever is chosen must do a very thuro job on this. There will be more coming and I will need help soon with a good programmer who is able to communicate well and use AOL IM especially if not located near me.

We need the ability to easily modify the “fixed message” (currently controlled by the config file – mod is easy, making it look good with HTML is complicated for us, thus why we need help) and remove the ability for the user to enter their own message. Further, we need to have the invitation.php page to allow a user to enter their username in a provided space and for that username to be inserted into the email content in the config.php file prior to the email being sent out. A variation of this page is also needed. A page that updates the config.php file with the logged in user’s username from our site ( That file is $user) So that version would have an invitation page that would automatically show the username in the field and the user would be asked to only modify it should it be incorrect. A bonus would be to have the user enter his name into a field on the invitation.php page and let us then insert that into the subject and content of the email in the config.php page.

This is an urgent posting and job may be given to more than one person. The look and feel of the original invitation.php page is very bland. Upgrading the page using some of the graphics of affiliated services shown on the openinviter.com webpages would be appreciated.

1. Please move the affiliate stuff that is right there to the Affliliate Stats link. Click the Affiliate Stats link it takes you to auxpage_aff_stats. I want the affiliate stuff moved to that page and taken off the Your Account Home.

I have a php page that allows customers to place an order for audio programs and then sends them to PayPal to make the payment when the order is complete.

Here are the problems:
1. The page no longer self-refreshes when someone has selected their state. Needs to auto-refresh with new total when state is selected or when someone adds another program to the order.

2. PayPal is no longer displaying mailing address information in conjunction with the purchase records. We MUST have a mailing address and it worked fine until I messed with the html elements of the code one day. You will need to be VERY familiar with PayPal to fix this problem.

3. I want to add a select field in the form that defaults to “select a format” and dropboxes options USB Flash Drive and Audio CDs. I want this field to be required to have either USB Flash Dirve or Audio CDs selected before it will submit the form.

4. I want the form to email itself to me when the user presses the PayPal payment button.

I am needing a quick turnaround. The programmer that took this originally was not able to resolve the mailing address problem in PayPal.
