I need to convert a postgreSQL site into a MySQL site. I have a postgreSQL dump. The final website may need a bit of adaptation. But the site is quite simple, it’s a voting system.

Adaptation means that you will have to make sure that the program works OK with the MySQL database. My hosting doesn’t allow postgreSQL. This is the reason.

- Flexible to connect to some interfaces like the one use to payments.
- Multilingual. It will be in Spanish.
- Lightweight and fast.
- Capable of manage in a good way the posted pictures.
- Easy use of the categories.
- Some other requirements can be discussed later.

The project can begin with the core of the application and we can discuss the interface to have.

HI I have a postgreeSQL databse and some files that uses the postgreedatabse.
It is basicaly a registration system + another system.

I would like to get this converted to use MYSQL instead
It mean that I can copy the new files into my folder and upload the new mysql database and it works.
It must in aditional be made a configration file that contains username/pasw database name and server url ip etc etc for convinient for us to set up. I am not interested in using the phtml extention, normal webextention php or html

Two developments
1. Simple website interface & database.
2. iPhone application

This iPhone application will allow “requester” users to use their phone to request music selections when visiting a dance club.
The “dance club” user can look at requests for only their club.

a. The “requester” will create a profile through the iPhone application or webite.
b. The “requester” user will select a club from a list found on our online database, enter a “club code #” if they know it, or using current GPS location.
c. The “requester” user will then search for and select a song name by title, artist, or album. The phone will perform searches from data on our server.
d. When the “requester” user presses submit, the iPhone application will add the request to the website database.
e. Each request will store the requestor information, time & date.
f. The iphone application will remember the user’s favorite clubs and favorite songs so the application does not have to access the database everytime the user wants to make a request.

Website Development

1.”Dance club” user will create a profile on the website. Including, adderss location information, gps location and contact information.
2.”Dance club” user can see the list of all requests.
3. Requests will be organized by day. Only one day will be shown per results page.
4. Requests will be deleted from the server database automatically after they are 30 days old.
5. If multiple “requestors” request the same song, then it is listed once with the number of times requested that day. “Dance club” user can click on this song and the users will be listed under.
6. Website will give the “dance club” user a club code # that they can share with customers (as above).

7. Develop PHP website pages to give the same operation as iPhone application to a “requester” user who wants to use the website instead of the iPhone.
8. Allow website to show a list of clubs and their “club codes”. Sort by country, state/region, city.

We will provide programmer with a PostgreSQL database with sample data and a simple PHP CMS website on our server they can modify. Programmer is required to program web pages using PHP Smarty templating method.

I need to have a video flash player (JW player prefferably) with a new skin (i will provide the jpeg with how it would look) ,and some 2-3 functions added like show embed code, mail to a friend, and show related videos,

E-commerce site for company selling 3 versions of a product. Product is a bottle of herbal supplements. Products are as follows:

-1 bottle
-3 bottles (includes free shipping)
-Auto ship bottle (customer signs up once and bottle is automatically re-billed and re-sent every month. The admin must be able to change the shipping and billing date from the backend).

Apart from these features the site also requires a customer database backend where admin will have access to all of the customers information including email, address, phone etc.

Furthermore the admin requires the ability to add orders through a backend for any registered user on the site (phone orders, mail orders etc.)

Credit card information is not to be stored on the server. Instead the Authorize.net CIM must be used in order to store any customer information and to process recuring billings and payments.

The shopping cart must be able to support different rules for shipping and taxes depending on the state. Also different shipping rates must be able to be customized depending on how many bottles are shipped. For example, if one bottle costs 5 dollars to ship, every additional bottle must cost an extra .50 cents. (Not exact figures but along these lines.)

The shopping cart must support discount codes or vouchers.

The shopping cart must be able to at the end of each day process all orders into a file to be submitted to a fulfilment house.

If the use of an open source shopping cart such as osCommerce, Zen-Cart, Magento or Ubercart is possible for the project it would be a major plus.
