I have dynamic php contact form. Right now when the form gets submitted I’ll receive an email with plain text. I need to add some CSS so the email I receive looks little nicer. Change the font color and text size and maybe image.

I need this to be done asap;)

I have a PHP email issue, where the form is not emailing the information properly. It includes basic information such as name, phone number, email address, home address, etc..

It was working fine for a while but is not working now. If you’re interested, please let me know how much it will cost to fix the issue, and I need assurance that this issue will not happen again.

I need to find email addresses on Spanish spoken websites related to one city. The service should return a CSV with 4 columns. First name, Name, Male/Female, mail…(if possible) As well I need a solution for recognize the gender. If any external links are found on the scanned websites they should be scrapped next. Need a form made on my HTML page, and a PHP script to email the inputs.

This is an interview form, it has questions that get typed into text areas, and options from select menu’s. There is also 4 slots for pictures that the user uploads.

On submit, a PHP script needs to email all of the inputs on the form, and include the pictures that were uploaded. The pictures can also be stored on my server if needed.

I want the coding to be small and clean, please not bloated scripts.

I will supply all the needed fields for the form and the HTML page it will go on.

2) return the client to a thankyou page

I need a php email form that based on what item they pick from a drop down box it will send an email to a certain address. Each item in the dropdown box has a different email address tied to it.

Each email address is tied to a autoresponder so the email address of the person who filled out the form will have to be seen by the autoresponder so it can response to that person

All the contact information must go into a database. It could be just a flat file (Excel format if possible)

After they complete the form that must go to a thank you page

It should be simple so I can just copy the code and put it on different html pages

I also need to add or remove items from the dropdownbox, do not need an admin section just need to be able to put a * in front so it does not show in the form.

Also all fields need to be filled, the form can not be submitted iif all fields are not completed.

I need CAPTCHA capability added to help prevent spam to an email form my site uses. The form is webformmailer.php on GoDaddy’s server. I would also like to be able to have you show me how I can add CAPTCHA myself in the future to other email forms on sites that will also use webformailer.php.
