1. Validate the contents. Make sure that required fields are entered. Valid data is entered in all fields. For ex, date format etc
2. Send the captured information as a mail to me.

** Everything should be AJAX enabled.
** User is actually allowed to select several options, which changes the total amount to be paid. This should also be AJAX enabled. Meaning, as & when the user makes changes to options, amount should be automatically updated in bottom.
