The document is in jpg format and will need the address changing in 2 places and the date changing in 5 places.
It also needs a section removing from the bottom.

I really need this doing accurately and very quickly.

hardest I create first plan (you need create own small images of bed, toilets etc.), but all other plans are not hard because you use same images on different order
