I have an image which is scanned from a old colored print. The print ws not in great condition and I need a photo shop expert to enhance it so we can print it off at at 300dpi

It is not a image full of fine detail.
Ideally we would to enhance this so we could print up to an A2 size at 300dpi. I can supply copy of image through PMB

Need an photoshop expert for various editing i own a design company and i get alot of editing jobs which i refuse due to too much work and short staff i need a person to take on these smaller jobs for me. i can pay them no problem long term work is provided i have work now ready for example customers of a security company needs there cards designedd, various documents editied.

I am wondering if the following is possible: everybody knows the painting (or is it a photo?) of Marilyn Monroe by Andy Warhol. It’s world famous!

I was wondering if this is possible with a picture taken by a good camera? My intention is to convert the colors in a picture (a picture of a person, a portrait) to just 3 or 4 colors (example colors 51.102.255/#3366FF + 102.51.255/#6633FF + 204.51.255/#CC33FF + 255.51.204/#FF33CC).

Can this be done?
