I need a scraper coded for craigslist.com or backpage.com classifieds. I need the parser to scrape the title, price, city, photos, and the actual body of the post. I would want it to pull only ads with photos. I want the data to be inserted into a database. We use awpcp.com’s classified ad plug in and I need the software to dump the scraped data into the database of that plug in (mysql).

I need to be about to select keywords for it to search for and pull the ads. For example I would want to be able to install the script on a wordpress site that is a classified ad sites for iphones with the awpcp plugin install. Then tell the script to go to craigslist and search for the term (iphone 5) and pull all the ads on craiglist for the search results and put them in the mysql database on the site along with the photos.

I have broken down this project into 3 parts. It is not complicated but I like to make sure programmers understand.

Part #1: Fix one login bug.

My site has 4 oauth logins (twitter, y!, G and FB) that all work but the FB has a small bug and is not working. The ‘fb connect’ page is not coming up and it was working last week. This needs to be fixed.

Part 2: I have attempted to add this photo services oauth api on my site – http://bit.ly/e4y0OB but I am getting errors. I am using open source php code from http://bit.ly/jbWDvq . I need to pull the user endpoints so that their photos show on my site. So when I login it should pull my photos from service onto my site. Not storing images on my site just links that display as photos. I can show many site that are using this api and everyone says its a simple process so I must be missing a step.

(Ignore part #3 if you do not know the twitter api)

Part #3: Add to the Twitter login so when someone logins in the photos will automatically be pulled into their user page on my site. Again, Twitter oauth login is working fine but want to add import user photos (via url, not storing images) tweet entities to grab photos from tweets. See documentation – http://bit.ly/pXAq0k

Oauth login scripts for me but one of them is not working right (small bug). Would also like these oauth login files organized better from previous project. I also need 2 more oauth added asap. You did a twitter oauth login for me and would like to automatically grab user photos from twitter accounts.
