An application which can be used for data collection of facilities.

An example facility could be a Town Hall. A site inspector would arrive at the building and record all the details and quantities of the building, and the building surrounds (such as landscaping, park benches, car park, etc.). So for the building ID, the following information would be recorded:

a) Building ID – 110221
b) Building plan (sketch)
c) Component – External Walls – Brick – Rendered – 5yrs old – comments
d) Photograph (optional)
e) Component – Internal Walls – Plasterboard – Paint – 150sq metres – 5yrs old – comments
f) Photograph (optional)
g) Component – Floor – Concrete – Caroet – 150sq metres – 5yrs old – comments
h) Photograph (optional)
..etc

The above list is not exhaustive and is an example only of what is required. A full list can be provided if required.

Key features of this application will include:
0) Basic calculations of (component cost = qty x unit price) and (age = current date – date of construction)
1) MS Excel input and output
2) Integrate the attached document of building components and allow for additional entries
3) Allow photograph tagging to each asset line that gets generated from the table mentioned in 2)
4) Integrate floor plan drawing, with file names linked to the asset ID. An existing application for this can be used such as www.rapidsketch.com
5) The complete source code and all files enabling future enhancements/modifications to the application.

Eventually (not part of this project) the following functions will be added:

1) GPS tagging of photos
2) Graphs and charts

The program can be either Windows-based, web-based, or Ipad-based. A logo will also be required.

Overview
Im helping a company that installs various sizes and shapes of newspaper vending machines on city sidewalks. I need to be able to anticipate the final visual result of placing these vending machines on city sidewalks.

I want to photograph the proposed vending machine location and import the photograph into a web-based application. When I import the location photograph, I need it to identify a universal object, such as a stop sign to determine the proportionality of the location photograph and the objects in the location photograph.

Next, I want to be able to upload photographs of each of my newspaper vending machines along with the height and width of each vending machines.

Finally, I’d like to view the location photo and then drag the required vending machines onto the location photo to see what the sidewalk will look like after I install the vending machines. I need to be able to drag multiple vending machines onto the location photograph.

The problem is that I need the application to automatically resize the vending machines BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE UNIVERSAL OBJECT IT detected to match the correct proportions of the other objects in the location photo. So it is essential that the software always identify the stop sign.

Program will need to be server based.

We currently have an old photograph of a very famous russian ballerina that we would like to get completely restored to full deluxe detail & colour and then digitally painted in detail to excellence.

The quality of the overall photo restoration work completed by you must be absolutely incredible as it will be printed out, framed and used as part of a display in a very prominent museum in Russia.

Not only must the colour be magnificently restored but also the detail of the photograph must be restored to an outstanding level of quality and must look absolutely fantastic when restored, as it will be viewed by thousands of people.

The effect that I am looking for is … if you look at many hollywood posters, from a distance the characters may look photographic but when you look closely you can to that they are amazingly drawn, incredibly detailed, there is no colour clipping ( loss of detail ) and they have essentially been awesomely digitally airbrushed all over. The finished result for most movie posters is beautiful piece of artwork

Have a look at any new movie posters and you’ll see what I mean. Beautiful, deep, rich, detailed artwork …. I love it

Can you use the Tatiana image we supplied to create a final piece of artwork like I’ve described above ? Can you redraw detail back into the image where detail has been lost ? Create rich lighting and shading across colours ?

I really do not want the final piece of artwork for this project to look like a old photograph that has been restored and colourised I have had over 10+ people show me samples of restoration work that looks like this. This is not what is needed for this project.

The picture must also be tidied up so there are no black borders on the photograph.

We also want this picture to be approximately 50-75% larger than the current size, without any loss of quality.

The purpose of the Child ID Software is to gather all the child’s information and print and burn information to a disk The information that is gathered consist of demographic info, Fingerprints, Photograph and video. Demographic info will be typed in by the operator (the information form has to be a simple fill in the blanks format and or check the box format), Fingerprint will be scanned in using live fingerprint scanners, and the photograph and video will be taken using a standard USB camera. The photograph must have simple photo editing such as crop, brightness contrast, and red eye removal. The fingerprint must have brightness contrast feature as well. All of the information gathered will be printed on a printer and/or burned on a CD as PDF format and video to video formats. No information needs to stored or saved to a database other than a paper record and CD. Once the child is finished all information will be deleted or dumped.
There will be 3-5 different formats for printing. The master setting button will have options for end user to change the predestinated information on the forms being printed such as company name and address website etc, and logos. There must all be a counter systems with of all the individual processed and average time taken to finish each person, for each day, month etc. That covers all of the major requirements other feature the program must have or but not limited to Zip-code look-up, defined tabbing order for demographic input, automatic date on print outs, a print preview , completion status bar, required field override ect.

The software should have a simple registration key and license code for future updates or perhaps a dongle.
The software must have a user friendly look and feel, it must appear fresh and crisp, presentation is very important.
