I am looking for someone to fix an issue I am having with my penny auction site. I purchased a script from phppennyauction.com (telebidscript) and have it running on one domain.
This script is most of the part de-ioncubed and it works.
There are some minor bugs in the script and nothing else.
For a moment I’m aware of only one bug: top menu is not functioning.

The programmer who accepts this project should have knowledge of CakePHP and IonCube.

I need someone to debug this script so it can work 100%.

Hello. I need a penny auction site, like swoopo. The site must be easy to work with, because i’m not very good with computers. It must be in Portuguese, and also with the chance of english. But portuguese is essencial. I can translate with no problem.
And it need’s to be operated from my computer at home, i don’t understand anything about servers and hostings, and also needs to include the domain.

- Penny Auction system
-Unique bid auction
- Bid Packs
- Full Admin Panel
- Penny Auctions, Nail Biter Auction,Unique bid auction, Peak Time Auction.
- Voucher function
- User registration and account verification.
- The time increased to 15 seconds every time a bid is placed. This needs to be customizable to 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, etc.
- The bid butler system – the ability for users to ‘book their bids’.
- General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which you can edit. Add your own pages also.
- Paypal to buy bid packs und pay the won auctions
-At least 6 months support after the delivery.

The project involves creating a site much like swoopo.com or gobid.com. The finished site should have at least the following functions:

- User registration
- Email notification
- Ability to purchase bids
- Bid increment can be set for each auction
- Time increment can be set for each auction
- Front-end design can be similar to Swoopo
- Back-end database design
- Secure Payment Interface for Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, Paypal
- Management tools (admin, categories, users, live auctions, site statistics, …)

Project must be done in Ruby on rails. Source code must be well documented as it can be maintained by other programmers. Code must be well tested (RSpec preferred).

I want a script that can monitor penny auction sites(swoopo,rockybid and others etc) for an item and bid for me when an auction is down to 1 second left, and not before. This program should work for any pennyauction site like swoopo,grababid/bidrodeo/rockybids etc

1. First time it run It should be able to crawl all ended auction and provide reports for an item name against

No of users win the item along with number of times
no of bid the winner placed with %ge of savings
Time of win along with %ge of saving

All these data should be stored locally i.e in the PC this program is running

2. At any point of time an incremental run can be made to update the information upto last ended auction
3. There should be capability to run the program as a crawl job to capture all live auctions for the specified items within specific time
range and it should populate the historical data when the auction ends.Also this live auction tracker should stop automatically when the auction ends.

4.Because of action 3 user should be able to see the bid information made on the live auction for sepcific items
and it should provide a report
Each users bid placement details including single bid and bid buttler/bid buddy spread
Also mark these user as experince/new based on their winning habbit from past data.
5. Ideally based on these program for any item it should be able to give two piece of information

Current Bidding trend with total no of single bids and bid range already placed by the user along with their past action
for similar item within specific time range
Past bidding details for the item time wise.
There may be some other simple report I may need which I will specify later.
Please reply with some idea on what you are planning to do to make me a feeling that you are able to understand this correctly.

I need help installing a swoopo clone script that was purchased. First, I need to know if it’s a good script. I’m registered with justhost.com and have been looking around my control panel and file manager for a way to start my website. I have no knowledge whatsoever of php or programming, but want to start developing my own auction website. I want to offer bid packages and a point system for each bid placed in an auction.
