Need a Cold Fusion form that will be used to generate a PDF with the form elements.
You will start with an existing Word version of a contract, and format the PDF to appear as close as possible to the original Word version. The form data will fill in various placeholder (variables) throughout the form. The header will include a graphic (logo),and the remainder is text.
It is 27 pages long, with approximately 9,000 words. You will only be embedding approximately 15 fields of data. Each of the locations will be highlighted with the field name to be used. The key will be to format this so it looks like the Word version (within reason.)
The form can be a basic design.
