Adobe Pdf Chapter Hyperlinking

I have written an eBook. I simply need the chapters listing in the index to hyperlink to the beginning of each chapter. Meaning, Chapter 1 hyperlinks to chapter one’s page in the book, etc. This is really basic, should take someone with the right software and knowledge more than a half hour at most.
