I need a vector image created that I will use to create different backgrounds (header/footer). I’ve attached a screen shot of the pattern that I want, it is a binary pattern and I need it to be created with the same gradient (lighter middle).
Image size should be 2200px width X 500px height.
I just want the background pattern not the logo in this image.

I also would like the same graphic created but on a yellow background with the binary pattern being a very light white or gray, a color that goes well. A sample of the yellow gradient is attached.

I have also attached 2 .eps logo files that I’d like to have the following modifications made to them.

1. Change the current yellow to (#ffff00)
2. Remove the black background so I have just the logo (text) with a transparent background.
3. Create an additional copy of the logo that replaces the black portion of the logo with the color white.

They need to be vectors so I can re-size.

I have an urgent school home work that applies to printing imposition process. Detail as below:
- We have a number of designs (has width, height) and a number of fixed size papers (let says width = W, height = H).
- Create an example (Windows command line is ok) includes the auto-layout algorithm/method in C++ (or Java) to do the auto-layout of designs into the above papers, like CorelDraw or other design tool do.
- The result (in XML or CSV) the arrangement patterns.

Criteria of the algorithm:
- Maximize the number of designs per page
- Minimize the redundant space of each arrangement pattern
- The design can be rotate 90degre to find the optimal arrangement on a paper
- Minimize the number of printing pages to print all the designs (some redundant design after cutting is ok).

Example:
- 50 designs of A (with width aw, height ah)
- 10 designs of B (with width bw, height bh)
- 40 designs of C (with width cw, height ch)

Output:
- Pattern 1:
+ 2 designs A, no rotate, at coordinates…
+ 1 design B, rotate, …
+ 1 design C, …etc
- Pattern 2:
- …
- Pattern n:

n must be an minimal value.

I am looking for a mathematician who specialises in neural network , data mining and machine learning. Basically I have open high low close prices of stock which need to be normalised in such a way that it is range bound between [-x,x].

Secondly The open high low close values are taken from a pattern which is visible to human eye ( for example head and shoulders )

Your job is to normalise the data in such a way that when i feed it into my neural network software, the neural network can visualise the pattern and remember for futures occurences.

I have attached the excel in which the sheet 1 and sheet 2 have pattern. You need to device a formula (other than z-score,and traditional book stuff) which will take the past values and plot the normalisation points similar to what the pattern looks in non-normalised form.

In attachments I’ll send some examples of that captchas, if you want to bid it tell me the possible error percentage and the time of processing since it’s very important if the time is really reduced (1-2seconds).

Anyway I don’t care about the language (python, php, c,c++) if you find a good way I’ll pay good too…

What is required is a program that can allow a user a
chart a pattern from a photo using a mouse and point.

Then the distances between each point will need to be
measured and stored.

All points used in program willb e teh same for each photo

Use will be able to use any photo of his choice.

1. So user starts program and selects photo he wishes to analysis.
2, Use users mouse to click points on horse
3. program measures distance between each point
4. Program converts each point to point distance to a percentage of
total points (from 1st point to last point)
5. These % are saved

6. From the percentages saved user can work out the averages for
each point to point.
