Create Vector Pattern

We need to have a qualified, experienced designer recreate an existing pattern for us as vector art in Illustrator. Deliverable shall be .ai and .eps files.

The pattern should be created to match the backgound and header patterns on the site below. Should be provided in both red and yellow colors like the site.

Image To Pattern

I need the attached jpg made into a repeating pattern for a webpage. It should be a large image (width 200 to 300 px) and have allot of black space. The images shouldn’t be repeated too often (not too cluttered)
