Need to geotrack attacking Ip addresses from router logs. I want them displayed on a googlemap such as this:

The firewall emails certain address, and information about an attack.
The script receives the email from the (multiple) firewalls about an attack, parses the information in the email and then geotags the ipaddress on a google map. Depedning on which firewall, the Pin is a different icon.
Clicking on the geotag pin reveals the type of attack (provided in the email) and what time, date.
Multiple pins from same city/IP should be visible at same time when zoomed to area level.
I would like different colors to represent the recentness of the updating (red for within the past few hours, yellow past few days, green past week.)

- The site is primarily advertising and donation supported.
Each page/section needs to be able to display up-to 8 different ads including Google ads optimized to show ads relevant to the current product on Woot.com.
Each ad zone needs to be configurable within an admin panel to refresh as different intervals, track displays, track clicks and add/remove/enable/disable ads.
Contextual & Inline ads need to be able to display for all text located on the site including item description.
- The information displayed on the site needs to be refreshed within a certain time variable configured in an admin panel.
The page should not need to reload to refresh the information, but only sections whose information has changed should refresh (possible Ajax)

I would also need a admin program (PHP-MySQL?) to create the quizzes and maintain the data, which allows my partners/friends to login and create a quiz, including uploading and attaching a link and a small logo at the bottom of their quizes. The program would allow them to upload and resize a photo to placed next to a question, and then provide multiple answers (up to five). This admin program would be installed at a central site, such as polls.sitename.com.
Also, I want an superadmin function which allows me to view and edit all polls and to designate a clickable sponsor logo in the upper right-hand corner.
Then I want each friend/partner to be able to upload a javascript widget to install the quizzes on their sites. In the configuration, I want them to be able to:
– specify width and height of the quiz box (like AOL)
– identify their site so that their LATEST quiz can appears first
– append an adcode in the sponsor logo link
The script should display the most recent poll from their site plus the most recent polls from up to SEVEN other sites/users. Therefore, we should probably cache the active results to a small file so the program doesn’t have to search our historical database with thousands of past polls on every partner pageload.

The objective of this project is to rebuild & redesign Wootpro.com which is a Woot Tracking Website.
There is existing code for the site however we wish for it to be used only as reference and prefer a complete recode of the site.
The site needs to be coded in ASP and capable of running on a Windows 2003/IIS server with the utilization on a MySQL backend if needed and utilizing CSS.
The code needs to be clean and optimized to minimize server and bandwidth utilization.
The site also needs to be cross browser compatible, and search engine optimized as best as possible (We realize this is not an SEO project).
Feature requirements for the site:
- The site is primarily advertising and donation supported.
Each page/section needs to be able to display up-to 8 different ads including Google ads optimized to show ads relevant to the current product on Woot.com.
Each ad zone needs to be configurable within an admin panel to refresh as different intervals, track displays, track clicks and add/remove/enable/disable ads.
Contextual & Inline ads need to be able to display for all text located on the site including item description.
- The information displayed on the site needs to be refreshed within a certain time variable configured in an admin panel.
The page should not need to reload to refresh the information, but only sections whose information has changed should refresh (possible Ajax)
- The site needs to be able to detect a woot off and change settings dynamically in this situation.
The refresh rate of the above sections need to go into Wootoff mode and based on settings in admin panel.
- The site needs to play an audio file for 4 scenarios, each with its own audio:
New woot item.
Woot item at or below 2%.
Woot item sold out.
Bag of crap woot item (in the instance, it will also need to open a new page with the order page for item being sold on woot.com) for paying members.
Audio files should only play once for each instance except for paying members who should be able to configure when the files play, and how often.
The page should also be able to grab focus of the screen, a feature which can be enabled by paying members.

I would like a program created which is a self running exe file.
The program should be able to be placed in any folder on my PC and be able to “find” the latest MP3 that has been downloaded automatically (by another script / program) in the SAME FOLDER as the exe program you create… The exe program then needs to:
1. Convert that MP3 file into a WAV file.
2. Rename the file, (variable preset)
3. Save the wav file to another location on my computer / PC network.
4. original MP3 left in orig location (for processing later by another program)
Notes.
Generally there will only be ONE mp3 in the folder with the exe program you will create.
However should more than one mp3 file exist, It will always be the most “recently” downloaded mp3 file that needs converting, renaming and saving to another location as described above.
The original MP3 file should remain in the original folder location. (Only the NEW wav file version need be saved elsewhere.)
(another software program will play and purge the MP3 once it has been used.)
Extra info.
* Execution of this program is just once an hour. around 45 mins past the hour.
* The length of the MP3 is generally 3 minutes. (2.74 – 3.0Mb)
* At present each “NEW” MP3 is scheduled to be downloaded into the folder location at about 30-40 minutes past the hour.
* The MP3 files in the same folder as the EXE program you are going to create will be purged at about 5 mins past the hour… (by another software program once it has been “played” ) ready for the next MP3 to be downloaded (again) as described above.

PROJECTS
Backend page will allow client to upload new projects. Projects will have various text field inputs, an image upload, and additional file uploads (e.g. PDF files).
Projects will be labeled as “for sale” “for lease” and marked as a current project, or past project.
CURRENT PROJECTS PAGES (for sale and lease; two pages)
Generates a list of all projects marked either sale or rent.
Table displays small amount of project’s information — when you click on details, you go to a details page
List also has an email button that adds the project’s name into the email’s subject field.
PAST PROJECTS PAGES
In the backend when the client changes a project to “past” it removes it from the current project page and onto the past project page.
The email button is removed (as there’s no reason to contact client about project) and uploaded supporting files are no longer needed.
HOMEPAGE
Six featured projects will be on the homepage. Each will be linked to a project’s details page. The actual link on the homepage will be a thumbnail of the uploaded/attached project photo. In the backend, we need a page that has six drop-down menus of all current projects so client can choose which ones to feature on the homepage.
We have a script that fades through some various header/splash images at the top of the page. In the backend we’d like a place to upload a pre-determined number of photos that can be replaced and added into the rotation (maybe just renaming the uploaded file to the filename the script is looking for?)
CLIENTS
In the back-end, client can create user/client accounts that have an email link to the client for support and a list of files that have been uploaded to that user’s file directory. Client needs ability to upload files into user directories — either via web form or FTP?
All the other pages for this site are on a server and ready to accept this project. All the current files can be made available to programmer for consistency. PSD of the attached images are available as well.
Project needs to fit in and function with the current site design.
