Html5 Peer-to-peer Video Conference 20 Participants

April 15th, 2011 Comments off

Hi. I would like you to develop an HTML5 peer-to-peer video conference for 20 participants. In this first stage I am only asking for the bare bones, namely, the basic application that would allow peer-to-peer video communication between 20 participants.

The most similar thing created to my knowledge is this:

and this:

www.opentok.com is a good 20+ videoconference system using only html and flash; yet, different to OpenTok, this development should be done with HTML and HTML ALONE, no plugins at all, using HTML5.

the idea is that the final product would work in Iphone, Ipad, Android, Mac, PCs and Linux, because all of them support HTML5.

The communication SHOULD BE PEER-TO-PEER; OpenTok is an example of NON peer-to-peer videoconference: it have TONS of latency and therefore, “echo”. What I need is peer-to-peer communication to avoid that latency.

Any question please just ask.

Best!

Mini Beamyourscreen Clone

January 14th, 2010 Comments off

I need a scaled down BeamYourScreen clone.

BeamYourScreen allows you to easily view your computer screen online using HTML / flash without installing any software.
FOr now I just need a secure way via a regular browser for users to view (read-only) an actual computer screen. It should require a session ID to view.

The additional features are not required at this point.
This project certainly should not cost more than the minimum price of the BeamYourScreen purchase price

For more information see here
http://www.beamyourscreen.com/EN/product/product.aspx

Short BeamYourScreen description
BeamYourScreen is outstandingly easy-to-use. The session organizer starts a BeamYourScreen session with just two mouse clicks. No setup required. As a result, a BeamYourScreen session can be initiated ad hoc and in parallel to a phone call or an audio conference. Participants log on to the BeamYourScreen session through a website using a 9-digit session ID they obtain from the session organizer. Participants never have to install software nor change the settings of their firewall since BeamYourScreen is simply executed in a temporary folder and uses standard ports (80 and 443). When using the HTML Viewer participants do not even have to download the connection program since they view the presenter screen through a website.
Instantly, the participants are logged in to the BeamYourScreen session and hence can see the organizer’s computer screen in real time. The meeting can now start. Each participant can become the presenter and show their computer screen live to all the other participants. The presenter is able to show any screen content live without any form of application restrictions. Whether it is for online presentations, online collaboration or online trainings, BeamYourScreen provides for a number of valuable features that help manage the online session efficiently:

Customized Event Calendar

Design a customized events calendar

- that allows for events to be easily added to the calendar

- that automatically refreshes the calendar as the event is added

- that allows participants to click on an event showing in the calendar to reveal information about the event in the same window

- that allows participants to tag an event, add the event to Outlook etc.

- allows participants to click through the event calendar to on-line event registration

The calendar needs to be designed and added to an existing website.

This website is a charity website in which participants will be able to share their life stories and viewers will be able to make financial contributions to the participants.

This site will consist of approximately five to six pages. The home page should contain a simple flash presentation of pictures and an easy-to-read index of browser selections including: About Us, How to Become a Participant, Establish Donation Account, FAQs, Project Participant Bios, Success Stories.

Requirements:
Participants should be able to upload documents:

After the participant submits the content, it will then be sent to the site administrator for review and approval.
- The particpants will be selected and so particpants should not be able to readily go the site and nominate themselves for donation. This uploading template option should be a hidden index of the URL that can be selectively given to selected participants.

Contributing Money to a Participant
- There should be a secure option that would allow a viewer to select a participant and contribute financially to them

Tracking a Contribution
- There should be one of two graphic options used to track the progression of the contribution goals to each participant.
