Make & Parse Secure Xml Token

I am looking for someone to help me integrate with another website. This is what I need to do:
1. My server needs to submit data via an HTTPS POST to the client.
2. The client will respond to my data request with a Token in XML.
3. My server will need to parse the token out of the response.
4. Then redirect the user to the new link with the token.
I have the integration doc that I can send over. More details can be given in PMB. Thanks.
