Need a cascading menu installed on my website and an admin panel installed where I can administer the categories and subcategories from the admin panel. I need to specify if the link from the subcategory will open in a new window or in the frame to the right. Need you to load all my existing categories and subcategories with links in the new menu. I am looking for someone who can develop a site like mangashare.com and animetake.com ( a mixture of the two)
I want the website to have multiple sections:
-manga and anime

Each of the section will provide a list of series and each series will have different chapters. And for each chapter, visitor will have the choice between several file hoster links, online reading, forum discussion, torrent ( for the manga part); file hoster links, torrent, online streaming for the anime section.
You can take example of mangashare for the manga section and animetake for the anime section.

The registered user will have the possibility to submit links to either the manga or the anime but each submission will have to be reviewed before it is posted.

The frontpage should feature the latest submissions for the manga section. And a tab should exist in order to switch to the anime section. The transition shouldn’t load too slow though (maybe ajax or something)

I plan to integrate a forum (maybe vbulletin) so synchronization with the forum should be possible) . I mean, if the visitor log in the website, he shouldn’t have the need to log again in the forum and vice versa.( furthermore, the database should be common ofr the two)

An admin panel, moderator panel, uploader panel (different position panel) is recommended.

There should be some historic data for the submissions: i mean moderators and administrators should have something in order to track the submissions, the time of submission etc.

A search engine is asked.
A rating (for the serie) is also asked.
