Create Video From Still Images With Pan And Zoom Effects

November 4th, 2011 Comments off

We are looking for someone who can create us a script/program that runs on linux as a cron that takes several images and create a simple pan-zoom video that we can then submit to youtube.com.

The images names are read from a mysql database. They exist in the local file system. The program/script will take this information and create a 1-2 min video with pan and zoom effects and background music.

The first frame of the video will include contact information of the video stay in frame for 2-3 seconds and then begin the video sequence with all the images. Maximum 32 images in each video. The first image can be created with imagemagick or similar technologies.

Samples of this type of work include but not limited to:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsSutNpBtbA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp_ODS7ITQc

Ideally the script or function takes in parameters which can used by a GUI interface where the user can create the video with his/her images.

If possible we would like it to upload to Youtube.com after video creation is completed.

Google Maps With Pan Facility

July 1st, 2011 Comments off

Hi,

I require assistance in coding a project which will integrate a SQL DB with address data with Google Maps. I want the map to have a panel beside it and in the panel a list composed dynamically from the SQL DB, and whenever the item in the list is hovered over, the map must pan to that spot on the map. Visit http://www.blenheimbishop.co.uk/%5Cresults.dtx?stype=sales&getdata=true#page=2 to see examples of what I mean.

I want the code to be flexible enough that I can reuse it with other similair SQL tables on other pages. I require information to pop up on the Google Map with a thumbnail image and other data from the SQL DB for each entry on the map.

Include a little time for helping us understand the code so we can re-use it.

The code is for a VB.NET website, though we can use classic ASP if you prefer.

To prove that you have read this brief thoroughly, please include the word bread in your reply so I know you have taken the time to read this brief.

Flash Slideshow Pan And Zoom

September 6th, 2009 Comments off

I need a good flash developer to build a flash slideshow that rotates through images and has a pan and zoom effect. The slideshow needs to transition between images smoothly using Action Script. The images need to be set to the flash swf dynamically and referenced by a full url path (Note: the domain of the images can be different than the domain of the website the flash is displayed). Here is an example I would like it to look like this and with these features: http://slideshowpro.net/examples/pan_zoom

The developer selected should provide me with updates on progress during the development. All source code and documentation should be delivered on project completion.

Interactive Flowcharts

June 21st, 2009 Comments off

I have created several flowcharts in Flash, and I need a way to interactively interface with them.

I want to use to following to scripts, which I will give the winning bidder when the project begins:

1. Pan/Zoom Script
http://flashden.net/item/zoom-pan-controls-with-dynamic-image-settings/15713
2. Glossary Script
http://flashden.net/item/cool-xml-glossary-as2/32811

Both scripts use XML, and will allow me to move around my flow charts and bring up definitions for certain buttons in my flow charts.

In addition, I need a way to load external swfs into the main movie and pan/zoom/interact in those. Also, I need to create another category in the glossary XML file for alternate/special definitions (that would not be visible in the glossary itself).

I’ve spent many hours representing the functions and requirements of this project visually. The instructions include general functionality, glossary functionality, and a GoTo functionality (so that the user can pan to to certain areas in an swf at the click of a button.)

I’ve also included some example definitions to go in the xml glossary file for now.

Please take your time viewing the PNGs (editable in Fireworks if you need to use/extract some of their content) and please email me with your questions and concerns.

**Only bid on the project if you are confident that you can meet its requirements.**

Interactive Flash Flow Charts

June 15th, 2009 Comments off

Hi freelancers. I need to create a demo of how an interactive flash flowchart would work. The user would be able to pan and zoom around big flow charts, and, when certain buttons are pressed on the flow chart, a new flow chart is loaded on a new layer and the lower layer(s) is dimmed.

Here’s a great example of the type of pan and zoom functionality I want:
http://flashden.net/item/zoom-pan-controls-with-dynamic-image-settings/15713

I will buy this script for you if it will speed things along.

I’ve uploaded a Fireworks PNG with more instructions and visuals to better explain what I want. If this project works out, I would want to work with you on future projects for additional pay.

Basically, you will create the foundation, working action script that I can easily modify to create a full demo.

I’ve also attached some flash files with the navigation controls and other assets (like symbols used to specifiy a flow chart’s borders).

To avoid some confusion, let me specify that the programmer does not have to concern him/herself with the content of the swfs containing the flow charts. I need to know how to specify pan borders and how to have buttons on the flow chart load additional swfs (that contain other charts) on upper layers.

I need to have this project completed rather quickly, so only bid on the contract if you are certain you can meet the requirements. Please email me with any questions you might have or any clarifications you need. Thanks and good luck!

Simple Left To Right Flash Pan

April 24th, 2009 Comments off

Hello,

This is part of a larger (complete website) project.

I have a number of jpeg images that are very long. I would like to display them on my website and use flash to have the image pan from left to right.

The pan should start automatically.

If the user holds down the mouse button while the image is panning, the pan should stop. When the mouse is released, the pan should continue.

I need an easy way to insert the image. Perhaps an XML file that will read the location of the image or a direct reference in the insertion code itself.
