Hi. I have licensed gen3 v1.4 script.

Need some modifications on some pages.

1-) Renting Refferals Page will be modified. The page will be 1 minute active and will be shown clickable packs like Neobux. ( 3,5,10,20,50,100,200,300) 200 & 300 will be shown for upgraded members. Every packs coming from different pool, not common.

When a user click a pack and if no exist anymore, will be a message & the page will show only avaiable packs. No need graphical design. Classic submit buttons will be ok.

2-) cookie settings. I need to setup to 7 days.

I am looking for a Actinic version 9 template. The basis of the website is Survival products. I am looking for the following designs.

Home Page.
Frame across the top of the page, a selection of upto 5 locations scenes (Sandy desert, picturesque Mediterranean ocean scheme, remote snow scheme, jungle and mountain scheme). This would be mirrored on every page. Also need a frame for my company logo

Product lists on left side of the screen.
New Products left side of the screen
Best Seller products right hand side
Banner on left hand side of the screen for Security banner as well as Credit cards accepted (VisaMaster Card, Solo, Maestro, Switch, Amex etc).
Main page will cycle top 5 new products, these needs to be editable through actinic application. So I can add new products as needed.
Top right of the home page will be the cart.

The product page is clean and precise. I am funder mentally looking for two main options.
1. from the product Frame on the home page. Click on a Product group. For example tents. This needs to display a new page. (Not pop up or non bordered page) This page will have a thumbnail of all the tents in the range. Limited information. 20 words max. (for example: Vango 2 man tent) ,Add to cart for each item. all products need to be displayed horizontally across the screen. (Not very big), this can be displayed in as many vertical lines down the screen as necessary.
Click on the Image and this will display a new page in the original frame. i.e. the products and top products down both sides as with all pages.

Request for online payment script.

The following is the specification of the requested online payment script.

Client:

Registeration/Signup:
The client side will reqiure a secured registeration/signup. Clients must signin/Login with username and password on secured page. Client must use on-screen keybord for passwords during registration/signup. Client will have to create 2 passwords at the time of registration. Information required from client during registeration will include the following:

First Name
Last Name
Date of birth {dd/mm/yyyy}
email address
phone number
website* optional*
Contact Address{city, state, country}
Login password
withdrawal password

The above will be required during registeration. Numeric Username will be generated for each registered client and a copy delivered to the client email address.

Login/Signin:
Clients will use the login password and email address or numeric username to sign in. Once logged the page will automatically signout within 10mins of idleness. The login password must be typed with onscreen keybord using the cusor or pointer only. Client can perform the following option from their account:

1. Deposit
2. Withdraw
3. Send (P2P)
4. Edit
5. Summary
6. Balance
7. Merchants

1.At the deposit page, clients will be able to make deposits in 4 ways which includes: Deposit Pin, Send (p2p), Bank wire and Credit Card.

2.Moving to the Withdrawal page, Client will be able to withdraw in 4 ways which includes: Pin Generation & Print, send (p2p), Bank wire and credit card. The On-screen keybord will be used to enter the withdrawal password. There is need that each client can generate pin and print. For a client that needs to withdraw via generate and print, will enter following:

Denomination to generate
Quantity to generate

Once the above information is provided, the system will provide a 12 number pin.
example:
someone with $100 can generate: denomination $20 , quantity 5. Total $100, bal $0
or can make denomination $10 , quantity 7, Total $70 , balance $30.

Note that the generated Pin will be used for deposit by any other client account including the client who generated the pin.

3.The Send(p2p) page will help client to quickly send e-units to other accounts.

4. At the Edit page, Clients can edit Bank wire and Credit card information.

5. The summary page gives the client information about clients account statistics and activities, so every transaction details must be viewed from the summary page.

6. Clients must always view live balance at the balance section.

7. Merchant page will contain a shopping cart and api, so as to help merchant intergrate their website easily. The merchant section will also contain websites that accept the e-units. So all website that accept the e-units must be listed on the merchant sections as soon as the shopping cart and or API is integrated.

Note that shoppers with generated pin can pay merchants easily without Registeration/signup and login/signin. At checkout shoppers only need to enter pin to check out. If there should be balance, the system must automatically generate pin that is equivalent to the balance so the shopper can print. so that way shoppers can carry their balance in their pocket.

Each client must have tools to Combine, Convert, Split and send e-units, just like you would with normal cash.

Logout/Signout:
Client will have a secured logout/signout page.

ADMINISTRATION:
The admin must be able to perform the necessary functions:

Set service charge for each transaction,
block any account
delete any account
complete withdrawal for clients
view account summary
Edit
investment
lists merchants that accept e-unit at the merchant section

Simple Html Landing Page

Ipn Mlm Script – Take 4

I’m looking for a script to do something like what the dreammakersnetwork site did back in like 2002 if anyone remembers that mlm program. It was one of the fastest growing on-line businesses that even had media attention on TV. Then one day it was all gone. I’ve done searches for scripts or that but nothing found as yet.

This is what I’d like the script to do. Basic minimum html needed as I can modify the looks once done. just enough to give a basic look is all.

Curl: User List From A Site

I just want a simple user list from a site.

What I want is a site with 2 pages. The other page is a single input box the enter names. The other page is the username list from MyBrute.com

A simple cURL trick will do this PHP script. The data that I need is the current level of the username. For example I enter “jehzlau” in the input box from the other page, the username list page will then display “jehzlau” under “Level 10 usernames”

Because jehzlau is currently level 10 here: http://jehzlau.mybrute.com/cellule

If I enter another name, for example: Horacios (http://horacios.mybrute.com/cellule). The username list page will create another group that states “Level 4 usernames”

So the username list page now has two usernames:

Property Mngt Co Flat Fee Mls

The template is full flash. Will stay with 9 pages, 1st page is only logo, 8 pages of content. Willing to change from full flash to flash intro with HMTL pages on all pages as I need a CMS management system or XML system. Here are the specs:

Must have CMS or XML management system that is easy to use and rated high. Time is important to me; thus, I do not have time for major code revisions. Prefer a what you see is what you get type system. I will want to approve the system before installation.

Colors of template will change. I have the colors for you. There are three primary accent colors, a purple, a yellowish-gold, and a lime green. It is very cool looking. Have logo already. Background I am open too, neutrals please as we do not want to overload the client’s eyes.

There will be some layout changes on the 8 pages to accommodate our content. One such page must be where I can insert photos of properties and descriptions. Another page will be a description of the services we provide, a third page will be a quote generation page, a forth page will be phone directory contact information, a fifth page will be used for flat fee listing services, sixth page will be e-commerce purchase page (hopefully), bio page for our primary personnel on the 7th page, and a log for the final page.

There is a quote generator that I intend to purchase that I will want added. It is simple in table format database that will generate our property management quotes for our condominium associations. The generator is only $30.00; thus, if you have a product also, I am open to using yours if the pricing and functions match what I need.

I want a phone directory and contact manager where we can contact the clients.

A blog is needed where I can answer questions on for our clients and provide insight on a host of subjects. I have degrees in several areas.

E-commerece has been a pain. I am not thrilled with any open shelf products that I have saw. I am open to ALL ideas on this one.

My experience in programming is a novice; however, I understand and pick up on concepts extremely fast and I can follow with you as long as I see it. I am a visual learner. I want to understand the phases of the design and what is possible and not possible in order to get the best site possible; thus, the pre-planning phase is important. I make decisions extremely quicikly and provide direct detailed feedback; thus, you will not have to wait for decisions.

I am looking for a creative, modern, contemporary site. I do not want a cut mill, boring, real estate site.

Need to redesign it to get a higher Google quality score.

New site will have seven sections in the menu:

- Homepage with currency rates for Canada/US and Canada/Euro, plus table of other countries (as it is now). This page will also need a 250 word text section for Google keywords.

- Conversion calculator. Again, will need 250 word text section with keywords.

- Currency Trading / Forex. This page will need an original 300-500 word article on currency trading from a North American perspective, ideally Canadian, plus links to 3-5 leading sites on the topic.

- TSX. This page will need an original 300-500 word article on trading stocks on the TSX, plus links to 3-5 leading sites on the topic.

- Dow Jones / Nasdaq. This page will need an original 300-500 word article on trading stocks on the Dow Jones and Nasdaq, plus links to 3-5 leading sites on each of those two topics.

- Gold / Precious Metals. This page will need an original 300-500 word article on trading gold and precious metals, plus links to 3-5 leading sites on the topic.

- Travel. This page will need an original 300-500 word article on exchanging currency when traveling. This has to be from a Canadian perspective – so especially trading currency when travelling to the US, Cuba, Mexico and major European countries. Also 3-5 links to leading sites on the topic.

Site also has to include a contact page and privacy policy available from links on the bottom – I’ll supply content for those.

The overall site design should be in CSS/XHTML – something I can easily modify the content on using Dreamweaver. Also it’s critical that the existing PHP code work flawlessly on the new site.

For site design, Yahoo Finance is wonderfully clean and open. Sites like GlobeInvestor.com and CanadianBusiness.com are also business-y and easy to navigate.

The overall site functionality is also similar in concept to GoCurrency.com, although the design of that site isn’t great.

Community Events Page

Hey guys, we are looking for help with a small but ongoing project. We had previously posted this project, but due to a few roadblocks and life things have been delayed. Nonetheless, we are looking for all input and will very much need to speak on the phone/skype with the winning bidders. We need specific details as to how progress will be shown to us.

We have chosen to have our site built with Joomla, as we enjoy the interface and relative ease of use. We would prefer our site handed over with Joomla and the template we have chosen, but are open to more efficient, easier options. Our template is RocketTheme’s Mixxmag (Jan ’09).

The first phase of the project involves setting up a simple two page website. The first page will be a detailed events page, and the second page a contact page. We will need an instalment of Joomla on our new server, Google apps set up with our domain, the ability to build an email subscription list, and a stable organized RSS feed. We have sketches of the visual outline to the events pages and contact us page. These can be forwarded upon request, and the functionality we require for both pages can be read below.
There are several more pages and items of functionality that will be set up after this is complete. We will need very quick help with our logo and favicon as well.

Functionality required with the Contact Us Page (ask for attached visual interpretation):

1. A contact form placed underneath a block of text.
a. Submitted forms are forwarded to an admin email address setup with Google Apps.
b. Contact form must fit to the visual appearance of the site
c. We are familiar with the component ChronoForms, but are open to suggestion and custom form organizers.

Functionality required with the Events Page:

1. In Phase One, the Events Page will act as the homepage.

2. Users will land on a page that lists events chronologically over the next week (also view attached visual interpretation).

Classified Ads With a Kick, For a Particular Product Line

This website will deal with a specific type of product, which I will keep confidential for the time being. The type of product involved does typically have an expiration date. The site’s primary content will be “descriptions” of many of the hundreds of products that fall within this product line we are dealing with. These descriptions may be created by admins or by registered users of the site. Users will attach free classified advertisements called “tickets” to these descriptions. The site will initially begin with no content at all. All content will be added by the site admin (me), or users. Users will have an eBay-style private message area where they may receive and respond to messages from site admin and other users they are completing a deal with. A blog and community forum will also be attached to the site.

The site must be compatible with IE 6, 7, 8, and Firefox. An per-existing or custom content management system will be necessary in order to allow me to make changes when necessary. The CMS must afford differing levels of control between system admins and site moderators. Written in Pphp using a LAMP setup (Linux, Apache, MySql, php). I would like the ability to add one-line text ads throughout the page. I would like to be able to add Google AdWords text ads on the sides of the page.

The timeframe for completion is 3 and one half months, with a two week beta testing period.

Please provide separate quotes for coding, design, and both together. You may separate the optional items or include them in the quote as you wish.

The descriptions will include the following information: product title, product description, retail price, optional link to corresponding forum post, optional expiration date, optional links to product info, and number of completed sales of this product on the website IF greater than zero. This sales number will of course be dynamic content. There will also be a place for users to vote the described product up or down. A description may only be edited by the creator, the site admin, or a moderator that the admin has assigned.

The home page will show various featured product descriptions. There will be a search box to search for product descriptions by key word(s). The search results may then be sorted by the following fields: Featured (default), Popular, Rating, Newest, Most Available, and Expired. Continue reading for descriptions of these fields.

The home page will have navigation tabs at the top, which sort the descriptions in different ways for the user. The tabs will be: Featured (default), Popular, Rating, Newest, Most Available, Regional, and Expired. When clicking on a tab, the entire web page will change. I would like to limit the use of AJAX and advanced technologies. No Flash is to be used.

Here are how the descriptions are sorted either by clicking tabs, or by sorting a key word search:

-Featured: Description order is determined by internal site administrator (me)
-Popular: Products described that have the most completed sales on our website come first (see below for more information on how this sales process works)
-Rating – The product description’s rating as voted by users. Users points may be weighted (see below under optional items).
-Newest – Most recently added descriptions
-Most Available – Descriptions with the most classified ads (tickets) attached to them
-Regional – Clickable map above. Below, sorted by state and then city with a number in parentheses showing how many offers exist for the particular city. Cities can be added.

Connected to the descriptions will be free classified advertisements called Tickets. The site will enable registered users (free registration) to post free classified tickets for the exact product in the description if they have one that they would like to sell. In the same way, users may also post a tickets under a product description if they are looking to buy one of the described products.

Tickets will include the following information:
-Product Title – This is automatically populated from the description that the new ticket is being connected to
-Link to the “Description” the ticket is associated with. Again, this is automatically populated.
-”For Sale” or “Looking to Buy” designation
-Price (determined by creator of ticket – This can be the same or different from the retail price on the description
-Payment methods accepted or offered, depending on whether it is a “For Sale” or “Looking to Buy” ticket. (eg. PayPal, Google Checkout, personal check)
-Any information that will be needed or given upon completion of the sale (ex. Name and address, telephone number, etc.)
-Detailed user score information – This is the score of the individual posting the ticket. It is derived from e-Bay style feedback from other users in prior transactions.
-The creating user’s ID or name will be kept anonymous at this stage

After you click on a product description, you will see the tickets below it that users have added that are associated with that product. If there are more “For Sale” tickets, these will show first, and there will be a tab to click for “Looking to Buy” tickets. If there are more “Looking to Buy” tickets, then the opposite will take place. There will be a couple of boxes you can check above the tickets to select “show only FOR SALE tickets” or “show only LOOKING TO BUY tickets”.

Users will then have the ability to sort tickets after clicking into a product description. They can sort by the following fields:
-Ticket creator’s user score high to low
-Ticket creator’s user score low to high
-Ticket price high to low
-Ticket price low to high

When a user accepts a ticket (ex. They want to buy a product offered in a “For Sale” ticket), the original creator of the ticket (not necessarily the creator of the description) is notified and asked if they would also like to accept. This gives them a chance to look at the receiving party’s detailed user score before completing the transaction. The receiving party is also kept anonymous at this stage.

If the offering party accepts:

-Both parties are prompted to make payment of our fee to the website. The fee will initially be heavily discounted for the first months of site operation, but they need to see that in the future, the fee will be the greater of $2 or 10% of the product cost. We will accept payment via PayPal or Google Checkout, including credit cards used via either of these payment gateways,
-When payment is made, usernames are revealed to the two parties, and the two users may begin to communicate through messaging each other in the user message area (not the forum messaging area) to exchange pertinent information.
-User messages must be automatically filtered to prevent the exchanging of email addresses, etc.
o If attempting to submit a message with a filtered word/s, the writer gets a
notice telling them “Unless you wish to edit, the following words will be
removed from your post in accordance with our terms..” The removed words
will be highlighted in red in the message. They will then have the option
to click “Edit” or “Submit”. An alert with the original message as typed
before filtering will be sent to the board moderator and site admin for
their information.
-The two parties are able to rate each other any time after payment. Ratings will include:
o An overall rating of one to five stars
o Sub-category ratings (these do not affect the overall rating)
_ Timeliness of money transferred
_ Accuracy of the ticket information
_ Communication
o An optional text review of 140 characters or less
-The two parties’ ratings of each other are not published until BOTH RATINGS have been submited, unless:
o If the receiving party’s rating has been submitted for 5 full calendar days
already with no rating submitted from the offering party. In this case, the
receiving party’s rating is published and the offering party no longer has
the opportunity to rate the receiver.
o If the receiving party never completes a rating, then no ratings will be
published, even if the offering party has submitted a rating to be
published.

If the offering party does not accept the receiver, the offering party is asked if they need to block this kind of offer or this user in the future, leading them to a new page
-Offering party may block
o the same offer from the same user,
o and/ or the user altogether,
o and/ or the same offer from all users

User Forum considerations
-users can add to each others’ forum reputation scores as at slickdeals.net user forum
-separate forum private messages
-filters on posts and private messages (with clear warnings as in the main site user messages above)
-free registration
-normal forum capabilities for registered users – search, avatar, etc.

Optional Items

*Even if these items are not implemented initially, the site must be constructed so that they may be added later if desired.

-The ability to add a ticket to your “Watching” list of tickets you want to consider for the future.
-A link beside the search box for “Ticket Search” where you may search only tickets b(not descriptions) by a key word(s)
-If a product expires before the expiration date, a user can tag the description as expired through a link on the description that says “Mark as Expired”. When this is done, a statement in red text will be put on the description that says “A user has tagged this product description as expired. Please vote it expired or active here.” The product will become expired when it reaches a certain number of votes of expiration from users. If the point balance goes to zero or a negative number from people voting it active, the warning in red will go away.
-Safari compatibility is a plus.
-The ability to change the site’s background/ wallpaper from time to time is a bonus.
-When users vote on the rating of an offer, or whether an offer is expired, their points are weighted. Here are things that give weight to a user’s vote:
o 10 points for completed sales transaction
o If 4 stars user rating, multiply transaction points by 2. If 5 stars,
multiply by 3

o 2 points for each level of Forum Rating attained
o 1 point for each portion of a year as a user
o 1 point for each 10 Forum posts
- User’s points can be set to 0 by admin if I don’t want their vote to count.

Graphic Design Considerations

-The “For Sale” And “Looking To Buy” tickets should be differing colors.
-A female graphic artist is preferable.

-appealing to both genders and a variety of ages and demographics
-clean looking
-offers should be enclosed in an empty, rounded rectangle
-tickets should be enclosed in the shape of a luggage tag
-minimal javascript if any
-800 pixel fixed width – non-scaling, but with a backdrop/ wallpaper color or pattern behind it
-pleasing color scheme, with colors used to highlight important areas of the page
-logo stands out, is trademarked and integrated with surrounding graphics and slogan
o I can provide some direction on the logo
-rounded corners
-shading and reflection for depth
-good use of white space
-unique, eye-catching
-very obvious search bar
-possible use of elements from US paper currency
-favicon

Scripts Installer Php/mysql

I require a custom script installer that will install scripts on a remote domain. Basically I need an admin area (unsecured) where I can add the details of each script, such as

- the location of the source files folder outside of the public_html (/home/user/scripts/),

-configeration fields (can be a blob of a form I create in HTML),

- the final URL to display if the installation was successful.

- Any file or folders that require CHMOD

- If script has a database, if it doesn’t then I need to enter finish URL that scripts will header location to.

- After the entry has been added, I then need to see the URL for that specific entry, such as:

http://www.mydomain/installer/index.php?script=8789 (want auto_increment of a larger number like 473)

The script have two components:

1) Administration

- NO SECURITY as will be using .htaccess and my own security protocol, session only to pass variables. Session must use random. Somthing like admin_8754687556

- need to add, edit and delete script entries.

- View installations

2) User interface

Step 1: To start the installation, a user will click on my page that has the link as generated above (http://www.mydomain/installer/index.php?script=8789). This link will lead to a .htaccess protected directory, but I also want the script to check if the referrer is my domain else fail.

Step 1: the page will ask them to enter their domain name where they want the script installed which CANNOT be changed through the entire installation process.

Step 3: the page will ask for the the configeration information for that script and will pass the data either by $key or write to a temporary table. Either or, doesn’t matter.

Step 4: the scripts will then copy the files from the source folder to a temporary folder (outside of public_html) where it will write to the configeration file that will always be config.php in the root of the source folder.

Step 5: the page will ask for the users FTP information. (For this ste, there needs to be a way to enter or detect the type of server the user has to determine the www folder). A drop down box for root public would probably be ok. (ie: public_html, www etc.) I will leave this part up to you.

Step 6: The scripts will then need to upload the files to the users server and insert the domain name and member name (session data I will prvide later), into a table that I can view later in the admin area for installations. (see above)

Step 7: CHMOD files or folders

Step 8: Database and cleanup

- if the script has a database it will run the file: http://www.usersdomain/install.php and delete all files from the temporary folder/remove temp table data (if method used)

- if the script DOES NOT have a database, it will header location set in the admin area.

Site design:

header.php and footer.php files only. Can leave blank other than head and body tags. NO CSS, DESIGN OR USE OF EMBEDDED FONTS ANYWHERE IN THE SCRIPTS!

Payment can be either by scriptlance or paypal. Must work on MY server which is Cpanel. Need the script to be PHP 4/5 friendly, and MySQL 4/5 friendly, so full variables such as $_REQUEST[]/$_POST[]. I retain all rights to the script and programmer will be required to sign a declaration that the script will not be resold either as a freelance project or commercially.

Ipn Mlm Script

I’m looking for a script to do something like what the dreammakersnetwork site did back in like 2002 if anyone remembers that mlm program. It was one of the fastest growing on-line businesses that even had media attention on TV. Then one day it was all gone. I’ve done searches for scripts or that but nothing found as yet.

This is what I’d like the script to do. Basic minimum html needed as I can modify the looks once done. just enough to give a basic look is all.

main page blahhhh info about the business etc.. & signup link
Signup will only place them. to be an active affiliate they will need to become “active” by clicking the be active link which is a link to monthly subscription to the [product] club. music/ebooks/software

there will be 2 types of “active” here
1: active member meaning they signed up and joined the club by activating monthly subscription to the club
2: VIP member meaning they signed up and joined the club by activating monthly club dues and purchased the set number of purchases. (more on this below (A1) becoming a VIP, that member is eligible to get sales on [product] (more on that below also (A2))

being active will allow that person to get credit for referrals and build a downline. unless they are active. Referrals from that person’s url goes upline to the next “active” affiliate.

A VIP will get full credit for all referrals’ from sales of [product] [downline] which is set by site config

Part 1: I need a software that allows my customers to take a product I have created off of “the disk” and input it into their documents. Their should be a ‘table of contents’ where users can click on various folders/subfolders and retrieve the element desired. There will be anywhere between 250-500 elements in the initial release. Also, the elements have to be viewable in thumbnails for easy selection. I would like for this disk to be mac and pc compatible. I need this application or software in the next 5 days.

I’m going to provide the elements so please let me know how, when, etc. I will need to do that. They are currently tiffs but I can put them in whatever format works best, or allow you the programmer to make the best ease-of-use decision.

Part 2: I need a 3-page, e-commerce website designed to sell this product at high volume. The first page will be the sales letter, with multiple “click-points” for purchase of the product interspersed throughout the copy. The second page will be the purchase page where the necessary payment info is collected/processed. The third page will be the thank you page where we will thank the customer for the purchase. We are looking for a webiste to be made for a private tutoring business concept. The website will be designed according to specific requirements
and coded into a fully working site using HTML and CSS.

Requirements:

- Site will conatain 9 pages; Home, About Us, Parents Role, Fees, Testimonials, FAQ’s, Contact, Terms & Conditions, Privacy
- All pages will have a common header, main menu and footer.
- All pages will have a link in the main menu except for Terms & Conditions and Privacy which will be linked in the footer.

Site Theme:

- The site is targeted at parents looking for private tutoring for their children. The key themes of the site are education and learning.

Site Color Scheme:

- The site must look proffesional and business like but at the same time look interesting, lively, relevant and fresh.
We like the colors used at t-mobile.co.uk, paticularly the pinks, blues, grays and whites.

Site Structure:

- The site will be relatively sparse in content so we need a design that will minimise white space and excessive scroling.

- A centered box layout as found at http://www.fantasiabeauty.co.uk/ would be ideal

Header:

- A unique logo must be designed. The logo will incorporate the name of the company and a tag line. The logo must be unique and attractive
as it will potentialy be used as the official company logo and appear in letterheads and such. Simply writing the companies name in a big bold
font will not be enough. Company name and tag line will be disclosed to the winning bidder.

- The header will contain the logo and whatever other graphic and / or design elements the designer wishes to use.

Footer:

- The footer will contain copyright information and links to ‘terms & conditions’ and ‘privacy’ pages

Pages:

- Consistent styling must be applied to all the pages of the site. Custom CSS must be written for all the major html tags, such as
<h1>, <h2>, <a>, <p>, <li> etc. Sample content will be provided for all pages.

- Each page will have a different image embeded on the right side of the content, as seen on www.fantasiabeauty.co.uk.
Each image should be relevant to the page subject aswell as the overall theme of the site. Images should be nicely blended into the template
and not look like they’ve just been stuck on.

- The ‘Fees’ page will contain a <table> so all table tags should be nicely styled. A sample table will be provided.

- The ‘Contact’ page will have a contact form. This needs to be provided by the winning bidder. An off the shelf secure PHP contact form
script may be used.
The form must be styled appropriately and contain a ‘Send Email’ submit button and the following input boxes;
Name, Tel/Mobile No., Email, Message.

Additional Information:

- As you can see the site is reletavely simple. We think simple static html pages will suffice, though if you want you can use a CMS such as wordpress
or Joomla. Please specify what you intend to do in your bids.

- Everything must be properly aligned and look good on all the major browsers, i.e. IE 5+, firefox, safari, chrome and opera.

We want to create a real estate site that we will provide the design for.

Your job will be to take our graphics and program it.

What we will need is

Main Interface:
With a video module to play upon entering of the site
email capture form – to place leads in database for weekly newsletter.
Featured section- A back end to update the main page. To update a property weekly. Can go into admin choose graphics and fill out property info. Once we submit the main interface page(index.php) will be updated.

Hot Listings page:
An area where we can update listing in the back admin, once we submit the listings page will be updated. Each individual property can be edited any time. Also we will be able to control the copy for that page.

Selling property page
A page with an area we can update copy and also this page will have a form. The form will be a long listing of fields. These fields when filled out will be then pointing to an email address, and come in very clean.

Pre-qualification page
a pre qualification for a loan application. Once submitted, the page will direct them to a thank you page, letting them know that someone will get back to them shortly.

Contact page will be text that we can update in the admin area.

We will also have an email form that will collect info about the property the user is interested in.

We are looking to get this done in 1.5 weeks. It is a very straight forward project, and we do not mind if you use drupal or any other CMS or if you develop it yourself.

1. A dynamic, well designed, Web2.0-like front page that displays the mission statement, with a signup box/link. Underneath it we will have the different node titles (latest posts, events, groups, etc): each under Ajax tabs. Also on the front page, we’ll have the latest members, “who is online”, and more, depending on your final design of the page. So the front will be similar to this: drupalsn.com or to this: www.studentbox.com, or something in between.

2. Good, clean user profile and an improved registration process. The user profile page will contain:

– basic user’s info (avatar pic, location, age,sex, homepage/url);

–latest blog posts/comments/announcements/bookmarks (all under tabs);

– user rating (5 start already installed),

– location/map, friends, a shoutbox, and may be more.

The user profile page will look similar to something like this:

3. Group page. Already under development, but it needs to be spiffed up and rearranged, to better present all content types. Similarly to the front page and profile page, each group page will have tabs for events, announcements, group files, with group posts running underneath the tabs.

content types have already been configured. The only missing content type is Links/Bookmarks.

Multi User Website Development

I. Main Page
a. This page will consist
i. Company description.
1. Electronic web based mall linking customers to various products and services.
ii. Guest Sign Up and Login
1. The guest sign up will consist of visitors providing Name and Valid Email. (And Member referral ID if Provided)
a. The Guest Email will become their log in name and if no referral id provided they will be assigned to a members page such as www.xyz.com/Tom if referred they will be assigned refers page.
i. The next guest to sign up will be assigned to the next member in the database if now referral id is provided. Such as www.xyz.com/Fred
ii. This way each time a guest logs in to view products or services they will be taken to the members page they were assigned or referred. The goal of this is to build each members customer base and network.
b. An email containing there guest Log in (Email) and Password will be sent to their email.
iii. Members Log in.
1. Members log in will take members to their back page (Home Office).
a. There is no need for a Members sign up on the main page.
i. Guests are referred to become members through the Members Page they are assigned when they sign up as a guest.
II. Members Back Page (Home Office)
1. Here members will initially complete their set up process.
a. I plan on uploading video instructions walking users through the set up
b. Then they will enter each Id this changing the links on their main page to include their referral id

a. Although members each share an identical page the links do change so if they want to recruit on their own they will need a specific URL

i. So if Fred gives out his URL to a new member and they type that in directly to the browser they will be asked to fill out a guest sign up Name and email
