I had a programmer working on a project who completed 95% of what I was looking for on a squeeze page. However, he seemed to get hung up on a few items that need to be done. I need someone to come in and complete those last few items so I get my project done in a few days at the most.

PROJECT:

1. Add a “custom tab” to an existing Facebook Page. The “custom tab” will take you to a new page you will create:

Inside the page, you can

a) type in your “favorite drink”, hit submit – and
b) be able to share your “favorite drink” on your wall – and
c) have friends be able to become a fan of the page and suggest someone to join

2. The new page will also need to display the top drinks, which will need to hookup to a database.

3. I will also need a way to pick entries/usernames at random (maybe simple math + mySQL) – this can be on a html/php page

1. A custom flash banner. I have images of my products that I want on the banner. I also want small images of flags from 62 coutries to scroll along the bottom of the banner. I will provide a list of the countries but I need you to get the images.

2. Translator feature from English to Spanish (i.e. Google Translator?). I need people to be able to press a bottom and have my website translated into Spanish.

3. Design a capture box (I will provide the HTML from my Aweber autoresponder)

4. Input the text and images that I will provide.

I need someone who will give me unlimited revisions. If you are not willing to do this, please do not bid on this project.

I want to build a Letter of Intent for Special Needs families. A simple example is attached. My version will have more pages than this, say 5-7 pages.

I will be using Logiforms’ platform for this, including the dynamic PDF option. The form will then be embedded in my website for input, with the option for the user to print out the PDF end result.

More specifically, there will be a few dozen input boxes (mainly free form text but also other formatting, like radio buttons) across several website pages. Logiforms will combine the various answers dynamically into one “aggregated” document and then automatically allow the user to print that out in a nicely formatted PDF version and/or receive an email or download of the finished document.

I have an active Logiforms account to be used for this project.

I have the content and most of the styles created. I need some small graphics created to surround some content. Simple project. Need this done asap. Will pay bonus if can get done in 1 or 2 hours.
