I need a very basic but nice one page design done. It will be very similar to this site : http://www.balsamiq.com/

I will provide a small list of criteria: color scheme, text, etc to make things very easy.

I just need one page and the PSD.

I need a a very simple landing page design. The page shall be possible to copy to add sub-pages. No fancy programming is requested, only good design and layout.

The landing page shall be used as an affiliate site for the hotel industry. The main page shall easily be possible to duplicate for adding separate pages for specific cities, e.g. one main page and separate pages for a number of cities.

Each page shall be possible to optimize for SEO purposes, with unique titles, meta tags, descriptions, etc.

Each page will consist of a short introduction text, possibly a couple of recommended hotels for each city, with links to the affiliate site, and a generic link button to the affiliate site/page.

It shall be possible for me to easily modify the site, add pages, modify titles, etc. via for example Nvu (or by other simple means).

The site shall be in a non-english language (i.e. Swedish).

The bidder is expected to provide unique material and design. I will provide the text, specific pictures for the hotels and a banner for the affiliate program.

The work must be finalized within 5 days. It should not take more than a couple of hours, at most, to prouduce this one-page.

This is a quick and easy task for anyone who knows what he’s doing.
