Need to convert attached image to css/xhtml, i need it as soon as possible.

Hi Designers,

I need expert in CSS/HTML design i have the HTML all ready and how i want the CSS to look like etc.

I have 10 tabs, numbers from 1 – 10 and each tab i have an article with image. I just need this done.

I have the PSD/JPG i am not concerned on the technology used as long as it works accordingly. Example click on each number loads the article. That’s all that matters, even using HTML on 10 pages does not matter.
