The price will be on product packages (ebooks) in a “name your own price” model, similar to Priceline where customers can put in their requested price and if it meets a minimum, it will be accepted and they can proceed with the transaction. The site must be a unique design, and not a clone of other sites. Almost every webhost seems to use the same script, as they all look very much similar. I want the design of my site to be 100% unique, professional and eye-catching.

Site features must include:

Subscription payment via PayPal.

Auto-creation of hosting account and all features after checkout (TorrentFlux Packages must install the cPanel hosting account, as well as installing the TorrentFlux Client to the users domain).

Must have integrated, automatic domain search and registration via the website, or the option to use a domain already owned by the user, or to use a free domain (subdomain of my site domain).

The full process must be automated from the start of registration, to the point where the users account is fully setup and ready for the user to use.

cPanel Branding must be designed to match my logo and webhost.

If possible, I would like a CMS based admin area which I can setup more packages in the future as needed. The admin panel must automatically add the new packages to the hosting site (or alter the current packages). I am not a programmer myself, and know only very basic HTML, so an easy to use CMS is important for this purpose.

The site MUST have a unique layout and logo for the website. Please do not waste my time or yours by offering me edited templates etc, as I will not pay for that. The site must be freshly hard coded in HTML, and all pages optomised for SEO purposed.

Once the site is complete, I reserve the right to test the functionaltiy and stability of the site for up to seven days before payment is made. If I require any alterations these will also be done before payment is made, as well as any bug-fixes which I may find during the test phase.

I will also require a 12month maintenance period, where any bugs found in the original programming will be fixed at no charge (this will apply only to bugs in the original site design and functionality, and not any site updates which I may request. If I require any site updates, obviously I will pay for them accordingly).

I reserve all rights to the design, and you may not sell this as a script to any other person. I will require you to sign a document releasing the design and all copyright regarding the site to me. This legal document will be sent to you via post, must be signed and dated by yourself as well as a witness [third party legal certifier witness such as a police commissioner, banking official, or lawyer]) and the original will be sent back to me via post.

Payment will be made by PayPal in the following terms:

50% payment once the site is installed to my server, fully operational, and has gone through my seven day testing phase without any bugs.
The remaining 50% (as well as any postage cost to send the document to me via registered mail) will be paid after receiving the original, signed letter as described above.

1) Integrate facebook connect to both sites. There probably isn’t a scripted solution for now, so you’ll probably need to script one for me. I’ll need the license to install it in my other forum (see post 2)

2) The database sharing solution isn’t bug free (the previous programmer had trouble completing the project). Several bugs need to be fixed. “Read new posts since last visit” isn’t working in B. A blank search result is shown. Attachments from A are showing in B on posts with the same ID. You can suggest a totally database sharing system if that can fix the problem (ie a total duplicate in user database in both forums, achievable in the registration script edit?)

3) I’ll need the theme to be cleaned up. I’ve done several installation of packages where i’ve manually installed and they were slip short jobs. I’ll need some one to clean these up (reinstall the theme and the packages?).
