Advertising (as A Partner)

January 3rd, 2010 Comments off

You are bidding on 49% net ownership of this adult internet business. All you will be responsible for is advertising the site and paying $100.00 monthly to keep the site up. We live in New York. Email for the site name.

-All the videos, pictures and the rest of the content is updated monthly. All you do is pay $100.00 United States Dollar (USD) monthly to keep the site up and advertise the site. You keep 49% net of the profits. I keep 51%.

-All you have to do is advertise the site to make money and we can change the membership fee at anytime. We expect a certain monthly revenue percentage to come in otherwise you will not meet the criteria of advertising the site. For instance, if we are only making $100.00 a month and do not get but 20 hits to our site, we assume, based on the numbers, that nothing is being done to promote the site.

-We are doing this because we don’t have the time to advertise the site. You will not find another deal like this on an adult website business.

-Serious bidders only, please. If you do not intend on working with us, please do not bid on this auction. We would like you to have experience in advertising adult sites. You must know how to read and write in English.

Partial ownership will not process until the final bid amount is made. You will get an initial e-mail and then a contract stating that you get 49% of the net profits and you will be responsible for marketing the site and paying $100.00 monthly to keep the site up. If you don’t keep your end of the bargain, we may cancel the ownership that you paid for. If you bring in enough revenue for our business we will waive the monthly 100.00 fee.

We will collect 3 months in advance to keep the site up, so your first payment of $300.00 is due at the end of auction and this is for Jan-Mar 2010.

We are currently looking for a partner for 2010. If things work out, we will extend your contract.

Fractional Ownership Web Desig

Hello–

I just had a logo created for a website I would like to build entire website. This project is for a fractional ownership information site. If I am interested in receiving your bid, I will send you the logo in order for you to provide a project bid.

The website is quite basic, however I am looking for a talented artist to surprise me with what they come up with.

Lastly, by contacting me for the logo and mockup you agree you will not share or use my logo or mockup in any way for your purpose or to sell it to anyone else. Please state that in your message to me.

Thanks!
