They will fill out questionnaire and this will load to a MySQL database. This will also need to allow credit card and Paypal transactions. The owners of the website will need a page where they can see what is in the database and once they approve the submission, they can post the submission back on the website for all to see. Owners will provide all webpage copy, logos, and art work. Owners want to own the source code when construction is complete.

Website With Script To Embed Customizable Popup Iframe

I want a website (probably based on Drupal) that will allow many other website owners to set up an account, register their website, choose an account type and pay for it, then create many small pieces of content and choose whether it will be displayed on just their site or on the entire network.

They will then be given a script to embed into their own site that will verify the domain and also embed an iFrame that randomly displays a set of content (with two buttons, probably Yes/No), one at a time in a small, close-able, timed pop-up to be viewed by that site’s visitors. The content displayed will be either created only by them, or also pulled from the network of all my users, depending on their account type. The more exclusive the account, the less content pulled from the entire network.

When a visitor to the external site clicks one of the buttons, the popup disappears and a point is awarded to them. I would like to capture the data of who clicked which buttons on what content, via the third party’s IP, and display that data to the website owners via their own dashboard, where they can also customize the pop-up that will be shown on their site with colors, themes, etc.

I am considering four options as far as what to do with the points awarded to the third party visitors.

Option 1. My users (the website owners) could be able to create their own e-store where they can sell downloadable content to their visitors.
Option 2. I can have an e-store where my users can add items to it.
Option 3. We can build a simple API that lets my users pull in the data for each visitor and they will be able to do what they want with it.
Option 4. A combination of two of those. The API is probably best, but for those website owners who can’t do that kind of integration, I want to give them a good alternative.

I have worked with Drupal for two years, and can do some of the work. But I want someone who has experience with Javascript, and with iFrames, embeddable scripts, and building APIs. I’ll want to check out your portfolio if possible.

Vacation Rental Property Online Search Database

Here is the problem we want to to solve: When searching for vacation condos and houses to rent in a certain area the renter must go to multiple websites and within the site go to multiple units to determine if the unit matches their needs. Once that is complete, the renter must contact the owners and to negotiate the rents down from from their posted retail rental rate unless you are willing to pay the posted rate. This is time consuming and frustrating.

The solution we want to create is to to turn the process around. We want to create a website and online database where a renter enters in the location, dates for the vacation stay, number of bedrooms, and price range they are willing to pay. All of the property owners in the database who have properties that meet the criteria will be emailed whenever a renter is searching for a property that matches what the renter is looking for.

We would also like this program to be set up to send out Tweets and Text messages to both the property owners and the renters when there is a match.

Here is the data we would need in the database from each property owner, all data fields should be searchable:

House or Condo Unit Name, House or Condo Unit location (From a pick list), Location (i.e. if on Hawaii, which island), Number Bedrooms, Number of Baths, E-mail Address, Phone number.

We also need a billing system for the property owners and renters what will interface with Authorize.net and their Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) and Customer Information Manager (CIM) services.

The data we need in the database from the renters is:

General Location (i.e., if Hawaii what island), Specific Location (ie. what area or neibhorhood) Number of Bedrooms, Number of Baths, Price per night requested.

Project Concept

5 Retail shop owners, there are get to gathering to make there orders from supplier so they can get batter deal from suppliers. So we need one central area to do all this work. All the orders we do manually by telephone so there is no any credit cared processing or money transaction. We don’t need any fancy graphic or something like that. We need plain and simple easy to use web application.

Functionality

1) When Suppliers send there offers to Central E-mail this offers have to Distribute to all the retail shop owners. So all the retail shop owners can see there offer from supplier
2) Retail Shop owner can make there list what products they want and send to one central area so the site admin can make the order from suppliers. It would better when there’re making the list, the list should be categorized. So the person how make the order from supplier can easily separate the product
3) We need another functionally , its like a bidding for example ( lets say all 5 retail shop owners together they need 50 Hp Inks, 30 Cannon Inks , we can able to send this list to all the supplier that they distribute inks, then suppliers can send us there best offer to us. Then we can chose the best suppliers
4) Another functionality , this is between the 5 retail shop owners sharing there products ( for example lets Say Shop Owner-A he can make request from other 4 shop owners if they have any additional Product-X or Shop Owner-A can make a post that he have a extra Product-X if anybody wants it)

This is the 4 Main functionally we want, Developing team has to come up with effective layout to use the program (Owners, Supplier, Category)

Step 1 – Use google to find website owners in the make money online niche.

Step 2 – Record there name, website and email address in a excel template. (Only if they are building a list) <– Important. They must be building a list otherwise they are a worthless contact. You can use Whois to find all contact details.

Here is the job description.

I have www.allfoodmenu.com and I need some programing done to add some features.

-I need to have users registrations in order to sign up restaurants, follow by complete email verification, meaning an automatic email to be sent to user and user has to accept in order to become a member.

-I need to add a coupon sections where users can create a limited # of coupons per week, with 7 unique ids, it will store the coupons and give coupons away to users who requested coupons from the restaurant page. Coupons have 7 unique numbers as unique ids, has a “To Name:’, Address:’” must be enter and verified in order to complete coupon process and once it is taken, the numbers are limited. Coupons are to be in the database and can be change add/deleted by restaurant owners.

-I need to add an order form where users select items from the menu, additional items not listed and input price per item and how how many times an item is purchase, ie. 3 side orders of salad at x price multiply by 3. The total order would be total price, plus tax a% user add in their state/country and shipping cost to be inputed. The order slip would need to be verified by email to be a real order. At the other side, once it is verified, restaurant owner will see the order and choose to accept the order or not.

Restaurant owner are allowed to adjust prices if prices are not updated per item, change the correct tax %, and shipping amount. There would be a comment box for both orders and restaurants to say if they have any special instructions, restaurants info if they want to reject the order or not.

For each orders it goes into the system as pending, awaiting restaurant owners accepted orders or rejected once it is verified. An email would be sent out to person ordering notifying them if it was rejected or accepted once owners make decision.

All orders goes in chronological order from newer dates/time. Orders which are rejected goes to the bottom of the day. Owners can review orders by day of the month, week, mo and year. With total orders rejected, total orders accepted, total order costs, average orders accepted, average orders rejected base on final price adjustment which restaurant uses.

-I need to add 5 videos link to the restaurant registration page if they like to embed youtube videos, google, yahoo, dailymotion or any videos they want. As always admin have to right to change anything at anytime like it is via admin page right now.

-I need you to add the comments section to be moderated by admin like the restaurant page right now.

-I need restaurant registration page to allow creation of menus and items easier via a big form like this

We are looking to develop a website that has a similar look, feel and functionality as Yelp but with a few less social networking options (No messaging, friends, compliments etc) and a greater focus on the reviews and rating features.

Some of the important features we need are:

1.Clean layout (similar to Yelp), easy navigation with minimal clicks and a very simple registration process.Email, first Name, Last Name, User Name, Password etc.

2. Simple to use Business Owners Area, separate from regular Member’s Area, that allows Business Owners to add their business to the site as well as the option for purchasing enhanced information features, photos, location, website, google map, specials & coupons, menus etc. Business owners should also be able to claim a rating/review by clicking on the link below the listing and going to the Members area.

3. Solid and robust user admin interface, accessible from the internet, with ability to control/manage the entire website from changes to all areas of the site such as; general settings, site content, enable/disable features and functions, user/business management, advertising/sponsor management, reviews/rating management, fee management, tables management, categories/sub category management, location etc.

4. A newsletter function integrated to enable us to send an automated or custom email to any or all of our users. The email system should also be able to target emails to users in specific locations. Ip addresses of all users are recorded with the ability to block, suspend or cancel membership.

7. Creating a system for advertising, uploading banners.
There is something in the admin in regards to this called ‘Manage Business’ & ‘Manage Banner’
8. ‘ Verified’ & ‘Not Verified’ To ensure to my users that the info that they are viewing in the search results are accurate- I will have a ‘ Verified’ & ‘Not Verified’ icon or symbol on the business listing and business profile.’ Verified’ & ‘Not Verified’ is to show the user that admin has been in contact with the owners/managers of the business and the information in the listing has RECENTLY BEEN VERIFIED CORRECT.
I plan to send out emails every month to business owners so that they can verify that their business info is correct and hasen’t changed. The business owners who respond to the email will be granted ‘Verified’ status on the listing.

Overview:

Looking for a design team to create a Yelp.com clone website. The website will be aimed at English speaking users from one particular location outside of the United States. If the website is successful, it will be duplicated in other niche locations and markets. Therefore, the website should be designed so that it may be easily cloned or expanded upon by adding additional locations to the original website.

Design teams who have already created a Yelp.com clone and have experience providing ongoing technical support are preferred, especially if their clone is currently online. Design team will also create website logo and advertisement tools such as banner ads. Please provide examples of your portfolio in your bid.

Please do not bid if you have not completed a social network site of similar scope, cannot provide examples of your previous work, cannot develop this site with bug-free secure code, cannot deliver on schedule and on budget, as promised.

Top 3 Requirements:

1. 7. You can click on new/latest reviews, most bookmarked, categories, highest rated to view the details of it, send the page description to your friend, add to bookmark, photo, click on “get involved”; view their reviews sorted by relevance, date &amp;amp; ratings.

8. Invite/Tell a Friend – Invite your friends by adding their email addresses or uploading contacts from Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc contact lists. As well, be able to search for Friends using your webmail contacts list.

9. You can view &amp;amp; manage your friends list, add/delete names from your friends list; manage invites; add more friends and get more reviews.

10.Messaging – Here you can view your mailbox, manage it, compose &amp;amp; send message to communicate on a more personal level with your site friends; if not required delete the unnecessary mails.

11. Talk- Here you can share your experiences, follow up with other members, suggest new features; view the recent conversations, see all your posts; search talk by entering keywords; click on the conversation, go through the question asked by a member and the answers suggested by other members, also send your suggestions/opinions, a compliment, message to them. Hello everyone,

We are importer / exporter from genuine leather goods in Holland (wallets, bags, keywallets, etc.). And want to sell our products trough the internet. (B2C and B2B). With a website including a webshop.
All based on Joomla 1.5, Im searching for someone with experience with joomla and design but can work fast.

We need:
* CMS/joomla system
* AD system
* Adminsystem
* B2B / B2C system with personal profile page
* Google optimizing

Site www.LeonDesign.NL from importer (wholesaler) to sell the products: handbags and small leather goods (keywallets, purses, cc case) to normal customers, to shop owners and to people who are selling these products on public markets.

The site is already finished. (joomla 1.5 including virtual mart) with logo etc. color is ok already, logo also. But the home site does not have the right energy in it for people to let them buy.

Also must some things changed and clean up to this site.

The following things must be changed or made to the website:

* Now the site is very plain without any extra’s. It must be not full of extra’s but maybee a little flashplayer (some thing which is drawing wallet or bag step by step. to a finished product).

* Their is very much changed. So their must be cleaned up at the server in the site. So the site becomes quicker again.

* Their must be also a login for the shop owners. Normal user may not come at the B2B section.
Normal customers can see all the normal prices. But the shop owners can login with a username and password to see their prices excl. VAT.

* create the login form and screen for the B2B. I do not know how
we can do it exactly to check if a customer is really business person?

Project Description: Write sales letter/webpage targeting independent rental property owners, property management companies and apartment complexes.

Copy should persuade independent rental property owners, property management companies apartment complexes, to use OUR online application system.

Cost for independent rental property owners, property management companies apartment complexes is NOTHING. We will even build them a BRANDED (their logo etc.) web portal that allows them to list their available properties for FREE. The cost is paid by renters when they apply for a property ($3.95 per application.)

When an independent rental property owners, property management companies, apartment complexes USE our system they can also use our logo on all of their marketing material, business cards, etc.. This shows everybody their commitment to our environment, and their willingness to do their part.

We will list them on our website. we will link to their website (which helps them build their google page rank, and increase online exposure) we will also list their properties on our website

Work will be a ‘work for hire’ under united states copyright law. We will own any copy that you submit to us.

I need a site for the Property Owners Association of Community that I live in.

I figured Joomla would be the most effective way to go, if it is not the best way to complete this project please let me know.

Features needed:
- forum
- (blog or posting area/section) on the home page where admin user can post recent news and other important dates and information daily.

Hi,

This is a project to develop a strategic referral program along with all the writing and promotion articles needed to start this successful marketing campaign.

The business involved is a website design/hosting company that would like to generate some kind of interesting buzzmarketing to get other to help sell and talk about the services for the business.

The marketing campaign must be clever and well structured. It has more than a single approach, it offers a job, a business opportunity and web design/hosting services.

Ideas. Many. I’ve compiled a list of referral programs and my own ideas on a direction.

For business owners I want to reverse the typical referral program and give them a higher % for the first referrals so they see the value in buying a website with us along with the quality.

Ex for business owners.
33.3% for first three successful referrals. 15% for referrals after.
(they see potenial in getting their website fees back fast without hassle.)

Ex for authorized associate (per month I think)
15% for first
20% for second
25% for third and all the rest.

These numbers are all ficticious.

Here is all kinds of file I have extracted from the internet to give more of an overview.

The successful bidder must have strong communication and be willing to work with me to develop a great marketing/writing/referral plan.

I need a strong numbers/marketing/writing team for this project.

The attached zipped file is just some of the research from other sites I’ve done and some of my own ideas put together.

What I really would like to accomplish is getting business owners excited about getting a website with us because they can advertise their website and make money back and people looking for extra income getting excited about the program as well.

Hard to describe the goals of this project and that’s why it is being such a long read right now.

Here is something I think would be good.

3. If someone is interested he can tell them how much he paid for the website and let them know that they can get a similar website customized for them for the same price.

Example.

If someone has a flash website which cost more they refer to us and we know how much we sold that website for and know how much to quote for the new customer.

If someone has a basic website and was referred from that business owner we know what we sold that website for and could quote the new customer.

The point.

When a business gets a website from us the their website becomes their selling tool and they can quote a friend or client easily on what they paid for their website making it easy to refer new customers.

This new reviews site with emphasis on services and other things that regular people could be interested. I mean no product comparison, IT product, etc. This new project (website) must be very similar with Yelp. com (you may call it a site clone )
