We require VB code to enable us to import data directly from a specific folder in Outlook 2010 to an Excel file.

- Senders email-address (text)

If a got a mail, it will be checked with the help of the configuration whether this sender’s address is planned for the automatic printing.

All members for this senders-address will be informed that the mail was printed.

If not, the mail remains in the incoming mail.

- for each attached PDF-Files a NEW PDF-Files must generated. This file the original PDF and the printed mail (for date and time). This is to get avalid time-stamp. You also could extend the given PDF with the printed mail.(if there are 3 attached PDF-files three new PDF-file will be generated)

If “Different Docs in one Mail” is set to ‘No’ than :

All the newly generated PDF-files will be attached at the mail.

However, I would like to allow the user to choose where each file is saved to, with an option to skip if required. Skipping the file should remove it and stamp the body as removed. It should also prompt with the last saved location to save time when saving to long paths.

We are currently using the paid version of google apps $50/person at our company. All of our email comes through gmail and in the past we had it update MS Office Outlook 2007. We recently migrated our CRM to zoho CRM and used their Mail Add On. When we implemented the Mail Add on, the emails began to populate zoho and gmail but not MS Outlook. When we asked zoho the question they said a setting needs to be changes in google apps because the default is to let the emails reside only in two locations (MS Outlook and gmail) or (zoho and gmail). We would like the settings to be changed that would allow us to view emails in zoho, MS Outlook and gmail.

I am looking for someone who is very familiar with google apps and can make this change for us.

Per the following Microsoft article it is not possible to set a fixed zoom in Outlook 2010 under the message preview pane or full message view.

Although there is a feature request to Microsoft we would like to write a custom vm macro (or any other coding you recommend) which would allow for the zoom to be set permanently in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Basically we get a ton of emails like this a day and I would like to be able to scan a folder in outlook, it will then scan the emails in that folder, then the information will be passed to an excel xls spreadsheet.

the spreadsheet is already created on a shared folder on our work network. The location or name of how you input it in the code is not important, as long as you show me where to change it.

I may not need all the information in the email, but for now we will assume that we do.

I have been able to successfully import information into excel myself, however I have failed at parsing the exact text fields i need in the correct location.

My computer crashed while I was trying to upgrade to Windows 7. (I was using MS Office 2007 before it crashed) During the upgrade, the upgrade failed and I was unable to continue the install of Windows 7 and I couldn’t rollback to Vista. Instead of formatting the old drive (that contained everything), I decided to install a new hard drive and install a new version of Windows 7 on the new drive. After a successful installation, I added the old hard-drive as a secondary drive and was able to salvage most of my important files.

Now I need to know how to get my old Outlook folders from my old drive and insert it into my new Outlook folder so that I can access my old mail. I am willing to pay for successful results. You must be very experienced and knowledgable with this type of problem. You must give me a step-by-step instruction for finding the old Outlook folders and inserting it into the new outlook folders. I have decided to use MS Office 2003 because I don’t like Office 07. Hence, the old Outlook is Office 07 and I currently have Outlook 03 with Windows 7.

Hi, I’m looking for someone that has experience programming Microsoft Outlook. I’d like to make a utility which programatically exports mailboxes to PST files and also has the ability to bulk import PST files to mailboxes using Outlook on the backend. I have already purchased the Outlook Redemption library for a past project, http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/, which I believe would help with this project. On the surface this project is very similar to Microsoft’s Exmerge application. However, this application needs to access the mailboxes using Outlook, as only RPC over HTTPS access is allowed to the mailboxes. If you think you can make your own client which can connect to Exchange using RPC over HTTPS, that does not require Outlook, that would be better, but I think it would be difficult. I’d be interested to hear opinions on that.

I’d like to work with with someone on an hourly basis as I’m sure I will want add features as things progress. I’d also prefer to work with someone who has programmed Outlook in the past and has a general idea of what I’m trying to accomplish. Please let me know your hourly rate, as well as experience developing this type of application. I can then give additional information about the application.
