For example, my URLs should look something as follows:

<a href=”http://www.external-website.com/whatever.html” onclick=”some function to record the click”>click me</a>

As you can see, the URL is for the external site. There is some javacript which records the click.

The click (date of click, full URL) needs to be written to a MySQL database.

The solution you implement needs to work in all browsers.

OK i have a windows box with 2 NICs..

1 NIC is bound to 1 Ip, while the second NIC has 40 IPS it can use.

I want someone who can setup a proxy for those 40 IPS, so that whatever IP i connect with, becomes the outbound Ip TOO.

so for example if i connect to 1.1.1.1:81 on my server, then all outbound internet connections will use 1.1.1.1, if i connect to 2.2.2.2:81, then all outbound internet connections will use 2.2.2.2

Make sense? I know this is possible in linux but i need this done in windows..
