Job Requirements:
1. backup ALL modified files and database, just in case.
2. modify osCommerce create account routine to also add a user to the joomla database with same information, or at least the information that matches on both, i.e. username, email, password. in this case if script sees email address already exists in joomla, just create oscommerce account
3. modify joomla create account routine to also add a user to the oscommerce database with same information after the link in the verification email is followed, or at least the information that matches on both, i.e. username, email, password. in this case if script sees email address already exists in oscommerce, just create joomla account.
4. Modify Joomla Search function to also include the oscommerce site, so that users searching in the Joomla website will return products from oscommerce in the search results, with a link to that product in the store.
5. This must be packaged as a stand alone installable Joomla Module or Component!
6. Must be written as a Native Joomla 1.5 Module, and an OSCMAX 2.0.1 module.
7. Joomla module configuration parameters should of course include a section to connect to the oscommerce database, so database host, username, password, and database name should all be configurable from the Joomla Modules config screen in the administrative side of Joomla.
8. For the oscommerce shop, this should be written as a stand alone, installable oscommerce module, or be installable into OSCMAX 2.0.1 by overwriting existing files, and packaged as such in zip format so that unzipping and overwriting existing files would install it.

Development:
A development server with stock installs of both Joomla 1.5 and OSCMAX 2.0.1 will be provided along with Cpanel account, and phpMyAdmin
Testing:
Testing will be performed after you have packaged the joomla module and oscmax modules. They should be installable either by unzipping your files, and replacing existing files and in the case of the Joomla component, installable via the install module tool in the administrative panel. Once testing confirms that it is installable and works as required above, money will be released.
