I have a existing OSC site that has the newest version of OSC installed. I got a design made which has the PSD, and the xhtml/css code.
I want someone to simply install the new design. I would also like to continue working with this person to have the modify the site, add contributions, etc etc.
Please bid with your price to simply install the new design.
