When I say I want the site copied, I mean that I’d like the ENTIRE site copied, meaning ALL pages that are available, all images, etc. As much as possible, I want the entire site to look and behave exactly how it did on July 26, 2011.

The script should have the same basic functions: Users upload files which generate a download link which he can pass around to anyone on the internet and get a certain amount of cash whenever someone on the download page completes an offer through a gateway (iFrame inside gateway). The most important aspect of this is to get the gateway to fetch the survey from cpa companies that do not offer gateways (widgets). So in other words the site must have its own little gateway and it should allow me to place cpa offers link from cpa network in it.
Once the minimum payout has been reached, the user can click a button to get paid through PayPal/MoneyBookers/other popular payment processor. Have the script let them know that I will pay them on Net 15 and have another option where they can request early payment within 24 hours from me, but only if they agree to give 20% of their earning to me if they request it early.
The script should also have an admin panel, where you can manage the offers (links, country filter, the amount of money the uploader is paid whenever a user completes the offer through their download link), manage users (kick, ban, warn, message, show IP, country).
The theme/template must be easy to modify. The site should also be SEO friendly, and the files that are uploaded by members shouldn’t be indexed by robots.
It should also have a referral system, for every user they refer, they will get 10% of their monthly earnings.
There should also be a “get premium” button for those who wants to skip the survey and download the file right away.
Last but not least, everything should be like firecash.org in a way.
