Simple Dropshipping Order Management (php Mysql)

I want to build a product order management system.
There is no need for paypal or other online payments. Just a simple data entry of the product(s), quantity and customer shipping information.

There are 3 main users:
1. Agents – They will key in orders of products and customer details (or select existing customers)
2. Wholesaler – Will manually approve orders that have been verified as paid (by clicking a checkbox)
3. Supplier – Once wholesaler approves, suplier will handle shipping and update the status of products as shipped, and enter a shipping tracking code.

More info and requirements:
1. Each product will have a separate cost for agent and wholesaler. (Example: Agent buys product X from Wholesaler at $10. Wholesaler buys the same product X from Supplier at $5. Supplier will then ship directly to customer.

2. There will be multiple customers, belonging to multiple agents. Customers are not unique to agents.

3. There will be only one wholesaler (me)

4. There will be one supplier for now (but please design the system to be able to add more suppliers in future)

5. Agents can only see orders they entered, and not from other agents
6. Supplier will be able to process orders grouped by agents

Some reporting tools we need:
1. List of un-approved orders to be seen by wholesaler
2. List of un-shipped products to be seen by agents, wholesaler and supplier
3. Wholesaler able to see sales performance by week, month, year. Including total sales and total profit
4. Wholesaler able to see top selling agents, top selling products and top customers
5. Agents able to see top repeat customers
6. Supplier able to see top selling agent and top selling products.

Using PHPrunner or other Rapid application development tools is fine. But the job must be done before 10th November 2011.

Database Management System For Creating Work Orders

Looking to customize a database that allows options to control features for customers such as rates, prices, units, margins, mark-ups, history tracking, estimates etc.

Take the database statistics and export to spreadsheet or accounting software.

Ability to start work orders, close invoices, custom invoice layouts, track on-going, closed and type of work by customer and job.

It is 80-90% of what products on the shelf offer but doesn’t allow us these needed customizations.

A fully accounting integrated system for payroll, financial statements is not required, however an inventory managment and purchase order system would be required. Thanks in advance for this concern.

Oscommerce Module Needed

OsCommerce expert needed to create a module that will export all selected or ticked orders into a single .PDF format.The outcome should be that we will have all selected or ticked orders in the same original format after they were exported into .PDF format.
I’ll re-phrase my requirement another way if the first explaination is not clear : I need a batch print module to allow me to collect all selected or ticked orders , put them into one .PDF file and then print out the .PDF file allowing me to “batch print” all the selected or ticked orders all at the same time.

Hello

We have an oscommerce website selling shoes (URL if required in private)

1) We need need to delete, edit, and move some boxes (bestseller, reviews, etc…) on the homepage

2) We want to add a “recent orders” box like in this website http://shine-feel.com/

But as we don’t sell a lot, we want to add some fake orders everyday by a cron job a 11pm, with the following rules :

Beetween 01h and 10h : randomly 1 to 2 fake orders
Beetween 10h and 13h : randomly 1 to 3 fake orders
Beetween 13h and 18h : randomly 3 to 5 fake orders
Beetween 18h and 22h : randomly 5 to 7 fake orders
Beetween 22h and 01h : randomly 2 to 4 fake orders

For the fake order the name of customer will be taken randomly in customer list

The image of order can be any shoes that we sell but NOT a shoes showing out stock (out stock images are much lighter in the FTP than images of shoes)

Also require some additional changes to the website such as:

change the max number of downloads to 10 and provide notes on how to

there is also might be a issue with switching between profit share and platinum membership too. When changing from one to the other the payments were not going directly to the user.
However I have not tested this yet with the new updates.
So it might not be a problem…

Also I just remembered I keep getting a email from PayPal saying:

So this might need to be investigated as it got disabled at one point.

Php / Mysql Code Correction Modification

Hi,
I have a live website that has payment gateway problems.
It uses MYSQL / PHP tied into a Flash Music Player.

There are 2 major problems that need to be resolved asap (next 1-24hrs) and 1 minor problem that needs to be resolved in the next 48 hrs or so.

Problems:
1. Multiple purchases from the flash player are not working correctly. I.e if 2 songs are purchased the automatic download link that is generate does not work. If 1 is purchased it works.

2. The payments page for Platinum members should be directed to the Platinum members PayPal email address and not the Website’s PayPal email address.

3. The orders do not show up in the users account page.
and I think when I click the view orders button in the admin panel it deletes all orders. Don’t click this link unless a backup of the orders table has been made and can be easily restored.

Whoever can complete this efficiently and professionally will receive ongoing work from me and I have additional minor changes that I would like carried out, but at the moment I need these fixed ASAP as my original provider is providing poor service.

We are looking for someone to input orders and also do miscellaneous internet based tasks for Amazon Seller Central and Sear Marketplace seller platforms.

Zen Cart Order Filter + Emailer

I am looking to have a program written that can run as a cron job or every day at a specific time that i choose..

The program will filter orders based on specific order details which i specify.

Once the filtering is complete all data (delivery address, name, location, order details etc etc) are exported to a .csv file and EMAILED to an email address that i choose…

The idea is to have an automated system that collects orders that have processed overnight and send them in .csv format to different distribution centers around the world.. Once complete and after the email has been sent the program should update and move the current zen cart order status to ‘Delivered’.

Filter Example:

Export all orders that have delivery country = Canada AND order status = processing complete.

Export all orders that have PRODUCT ID #123 AND delivery country USA AND order status = processing complete.

Once this is complete the program emails this exported .csv data to an address or 2 that I choose.

Should be able to run as a cron job or via FTP. Must be in .csv format.

Should be able to have unlimited job settings meaning I can have 10 sets of filters for example or 20 or 30 and they all run consequtive maybe seperating each product by product ID and sorting the distribution to different emails/locations…

Please let me know if you can complete this task for Zen Cart.

I currently have an EA running which generates pending orders. I would like to prevent the EA from generating new pending orders while there is an active open order in the market. I would also like to be able to set a trade start and stop time within the EA which would stop the EA generating new pending orders outside of the start / stop times but continue to manage any orders already in the market.

Php Form

Need php form made.

Database is structured as follows:

Order table, with order ID and customer details.

Item table where items ordered are associated to seperate orders by item ID.

So need a form to add orders to my dbase. The prices are all sourced from the dbase and based on ranges but need option to override ranges (delivery fee, product price, deposit, security deposit) and enter custom price, a bit like magento.

Also, the editing order functionality should be like the form to add orders, so can edit customer details and add/edit/delete items ordered.

Very simpel project, preferably should be done in ajax.

I would like to be able to alter the RRP prices to my own.

I also need my site to send orders back to smiffys.com via the webservice, so that they can dispatch the orders for me.

Smiffys.com provide the code needed to integrate the two systems, but I do not know how, or where to ‘shove’ it.

I am looking for as much automation as possible so if you can suggest additional ideas, and quote for them, this would be great.

Finally, I would like to be able to manually approve the orders by means of an auto order processing overide option, which I would like quoted for.

To best understand our requirements, please visit www.just-eat.ca and orderit.ca and attempt to order some food, you can use the postal code M5G 1P7. ONCE YOU HAVE VISITED THIS SITE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR, = A REPLICA OF THIS SITE.

The objective is for web visitors to locate take-away restaurants near them using a postal-code system and place orders online (either for pickup or delivery). Visitor enters their postal code and all restaurants within a certain radius are displayed, beginning with the nearest.

The visitor choses the restaurant they want to buy from. They are presented with a ”standard menu” which is the same for each restaurant. They fill their cart, checkout and complete payment online. There should be an option for ”pay on delivery” A copy of the order is delivered electronically to the restaurant, and once this is received, the restaurant sends confirmation of receipt and processes the order.

Script That Adds Transactions To Google Analytics

I need a way to add offline orders into Google Analytics as transactions, so that I can see all my online and offline orders side-by-side in Google Analytics.

I need to see the order date, total dollar amount, items purchased, item prices, and lead source data from the user’s cookie (keyword, campaign, etc.) that Analytics put on the user’s computer.

This script should accept csv files with one order per line, so that I can upload multiple orders and it will send them all to Google Analytics.

Complex Order Processing Sys 2

I’m looking for an experienced website developer or a team of developers to design a complex quote and order processing system for our company in the promotional merchandise industry. I expect you to read the project description thoroughly, make sure you understand it. I am only looking for experienced programmers so please show me what you’ve done in the past in website design, php and javascript programming – if you don’t have a good portfolio to show, don’t bid.

What we do is sell printed promotional items like mugs, pens, etc. to companies. Companies ask us for quotes, samples, we get them from our suppliers, and provide this to our clients – there is usually a lot of chasing, negotiations, etc. involved so we need a system that will help us be on top of all this and give us alerts about when to call our clients. When order is placed we sometimes take payment in advance, sometimes not, and all this has to be accounted for in the software, then we need to establish layout of the artwork, print the items and send it to our clients. There is a lot of these issues and the software will have to make all these easier.

You might also be inspired as to how to design our system when you see this. We’re looking for creative people that will be able to not only do what we tell but also offer a better solution if there is one.

We have already done around half of the project in php but it will need a few modifications/redesigning/simplifying so that it’s easier to use, faster and more responsive (this is why we’d like it to be done with javascript as well) – e.g. not having to restart the page to see changes that we’ve done – updates will have to be done in real time but data needs to be saved in our server databases. If you think that another language will be better for this project – please let me know and I might consider it. These are the areas that we’d like done for this project (areas done are marked with *):

1. *Password protection: we used Dreamweaver and it’s tool to password protect the pages
2. *Supplier Database: listing all suppliers, features to add, edit and delete – all has been done
3. *Client Database: listing all clients, features to add, edit and delete – all has been done
4. *Enquiries that have not been converted into orders yet: enquiries added manually or by a client submitted form; listing all enquiries, having multiple quotations for each enquiry; sending enquiries to client email address; listing, adding and editing user actions – this area will need a lot of modifications to be simpler to use, sending emails has issues that will have to be corrected, prompts will have to be set up for users to perform actions
5. Orders and Invoices: will have to be created from quotes; will need actions with prompts; editing functions; invoices will have to be sent by email to clients and printed as PDFs; our purchase orders will have to be created from these orders and emailed to our suppliers; then there should be an area where we can put in our purchase invoices from suppliers and compare then against our orders with them; then there has to be an area where we can see what we bought and sold and how much profits/losses we made
6. Products: listing all products and searching for them: most of the code can be taken from our main website; few modifications will have to be made

You will work with me through Skype on the whole project (you will only be dealing with one person). You have to be ok with this. I will not be paying anything extra on top of what you bid now so bid carefully – if you have questions that might change your price – ask now.

Once this project is complete we’re planning to add additional features. If we’re happy with your work, we’ll also give you this job to do. Online Ordering System

Hi,

We have an existing website. We wish to add a system to allow users to order items from a selection of food menus. The basic functionality is that a user will visit site and click to order online.

The will answer 3-4 basic questions / options and then be presented with a list of food menus. They can click on a menu and then browse the items (which just have brief description – maybe thumbnail image). They can select an item and it will be added to cart.

They repeat this until they have order all their items at which stage they can opt to checkout. At checkout they will be presented with number of payment options. They will have to register (user/pass) with the site as part of the checkout process.

Once they complete the order a copy is email to the user and to the admin (or nominated email address). Order details are also held in system.

From the admin side the required features are:

1) Ability to add/delete/modify different menus.
2) Ability to add/delete/modify items per menu (image, description, price etc..)
3) Ability to add/delete/modify users. User will be able to login a re-order.
4) Ability to view and process recent orders
5) Ability to mark orders as submitted , pending, completed
6) Ability to view and process recent orders (search orders by date)

A shopping cart / e-commerce system could be used – but we think a custom system would be simpler and easier as we don’t require the features of a full e-commerce solution.

We are looking for experience developers – so please send us example links of similar work you have completed. Please include admin login where possible – so that I can see what backend design is like.

we need order control platform to control all the orders from eBay, Amazon, and it’s own website.
Database we use MySQL, but it need tables or improve the current database to support extensions.
We need extend the functions of the order control. The processing bulky are really important.
Based on current eBay PayPal and Amazon API, application can gain the orders (Syn,retrieve or other supported API ) and verify the order correct. (such as payment paid) and keep all the data include email addresses to own database.
The general function of the plugin/application must be:
A. Gain the orders (System has to be smart enough to verify the payment settled or not. More importantly, some customers may use echeque payment service which needs extra days to clear payment. Identifying this is really important. ) This system must compatible with Prestashop orders. That means the prestshop online orders and eBay Order, Amazon Orders must be in same processing standard as below
B. Control the orders (Save order from gain to database) add unique system generated ID to each order automatically. (e.g Information displays include how many orders didn’t dispatch, how many orders didn’t send out and necessary information)
C. Barcode function each unique ID can be show 3 of 9 code or other kind of barcode
D. Bulky processing (Can be bulky processing or individual processing), include bulk printing order slips, processing email sending(update order states), massive update for order shipped, and fast update tracking code via barcode scanner for individual special processing orders. (Printing order need set templates we can adjust display on shipment labels, the printing order only can print once, after print, the system will no longer available to print again. Also in some unusual event must reprint label it need high level password to reprint the dispatch label again)

When select refund order, system will call paypal and processing refund straight away. And Then update to unique order number states this order has been refund no more future needed.

When select Replace order, system pop up input box, to let staff input possible memo and then order can be resend by system generate new unique ID. After this done, system mark this unique transaction will related to another unique transaction which system generate resend during the processing. This new resend order will display to order control system again for bulk processing printing emails etc.

Order Management Application

The scope of this project involves building a complete online order management application The system is a hub for customers to place orders, the order to be distributed to various vendors, who will then accept the order, perform the service, upload the document (finished order) and transmit the completed order to the customer with minimal administration by the owner (us) of the website.

Some orders will be paid via a credit card on file, others with credit card at time of order, and others on account will be invoiced to the customer.

Key areas are:
1. Ease of use
2. Time triggers as all orders are time sensitive
3. Auto notifications of late orders.
4. Order exception handling
5. Automatic distribution of order to groups of vendors in the geographical area of the service to be performed.
6. System to rate vendors by timely delivery and lack of complaints (user rating system plus delivery time rating).
7. Job “calender” showing customers and vendors order placed and when they are due.
8. Upload of finished orders by vendors and distribution to the order placer (lender).
9. Finally, the application should be created with the ability to brand it and set up a quick subdomain and run a copy for another company to manage their orders seperate from us.

The BEST way to get an idea of the job is to view an external site that we currently use to perform this service. The site is deficient and we know exactly what we need to improve in our version.

The “example site” does not have payment features, it lacks customizable email responders and triggers. It has no rating system and has no order distribution system. However, looking at it will give you a good idea of the scope of the project. It DOES show jobs on a job calendar with is a good feature.
