We need form, which customer will fill out and when they press submit they will be forwarded to paypal to pay for order.

So basicaly it would be order form, very simple nothing complicated no calculating just straigh flat price.

No designing of form needed or anything.

Have more similair project to be done, so long-term partnership is optional!

Client needs for people to be able to order online from his pizza website.

Take a look at pizzahut.com’s online ordering system to see what needs to be done. I want it to be setup like theirs except I won’t need as many tabs for products.

Probably will have 5-7 tabs. Make sure to see how a pizza is ordered with the crust selection and topping selection.

Online ordering system will need to fit the css of the current site which is currently in design.

I need this implemented into their website which is php/sql driven.

Budget is limited.

I am looking for an interactive pdf order form that you can typeset, drag in logos, design I have a website www.highmarkstamps.com that I am using a pdf order form but I want it to do more.

I need a custom order form created that will do some calculations. Then the total needs to be passed to authorize.net using PHP. Then a confirmation/denial page to be displayed. Authorize.net has sample code available for the processing.

Attached is a detail of what the order form should do. I would suspect the calculations can be done client side (javascript) and then a form total and description of items ordered needs to be sent to authorize.net
