Custom Option Combinations

I have a Cubecart V3 e-commerce site, with complicated product options and option attributes. I have a few options and attributes that I need to customize….
For Example:
*For all products, if a user selects an option from Option Group A, then one particular option in Group C becomes unavailable.
*For all products, if a user selects an Option from Group A, and then fails to make a selection from a set of drop-downs from Group E, then there is an error message displayed that requires them to either make a new selection in Group A, or delete the entry in the drop-downs in Group E.
There are a total of 4 of these combination of options I need customized.
