Problem to resolved:

1)I cannot seem to add new page or edit current pages through my wordpress admin panel. I also cannot access the permalink setting in my admin panel either. It does the same thing like when I add or edit a page. I’m on a dedicated server provided by hostgator and have tried to up the memory limit in my wp-config.php and php.ini file as well. It hasn’t done anything.

2)Fix link so there isn’t any redirecting of links

3)Optimize wordpress so site load faster.

We just build our new site using WordPress. The design and functionality is in place. But when we launched the new site, the CPU on the server got overloadet, and the server crashed.
We have tried with different plugins like WP-cache etc. to solve the problem, but we couldn`t make it. Can you?

We need you to optimize our wordpress website to handle the 300 daily visitors we have. You must have some experience with WordPress, php and mysql.

This is pretty urgent, cause we are at the time running our old and outdated site. So you must be able to work on this almost right away.

I would like to work on optimizing a wordpress site. Checking database settings, queries, javascript, css, and plugins is required. Some optimization has been performed already. This is to help identify others way to improve the site.

Here is an Optimization Checklist

WP Super Cache – with GZIP enabled
Move .htaccess directories to server config and disable .htacess parsing
Combine CSS files into one CSS files
Combine Javascript files into one JS file loaded in the footer
Look at using CSS sprites
Verify PHP opcode cache
Review list of plugins for optimal use
Look at hosting common javascript at google
Check wordpress queries
Remove unneccesary meta info
Check Databse
