Background
We are about to launch our store using 1.4.1.1 Magento & WP Blog.
It’s become apparent previous developers have left behind some mark-up issues, and optimisation could be better across performance and SEO. We believe delaying the launch by a few weeks to clean up and complete loose ends is worth waiting for the right developer that is methodical, to come in & clean it up &establish a long term relationship for our web requirements.

We want our methodical partner, that loves to communicate, demonstrate and document. You must be reliable. Please don’t bid if you don’t fulfill these requirements with all due respect.

I need a Flash expert to do the following:

1) Replace all the motion tweens by shape tweens (1st priority)
2) In Movie Clip “projects_mc”, improve the slide show so that when clicking on any other button, the slide movie clip is removed (2nd priority)

In order to save time, once you have implemented the 1st task, you send me the fla so that I can check it while you continue working on the 2nd task.

I expect the job to be done in 2 hours.

1) Replace motion tweens by shape tweens and fix any issue to have a complete set of moving tabs
2) Fix and optimise the MotionClip slides in tab “Projects” so that the slide gets removed once we have switched from tab “Projects” (ideally, timing should be considered)
3) If possible, propose a solution to have a bi-lingual version

i have a problem loading my links, i really don’t have any clue why its like that, because if i click on a link, i not want that to hang several seconds

i want somebody to have a serieus look at this to fix this, pperhaps by cleaning up code, css, javascript, i want the site to load like godspeed.

The site is oscommerce, 4 sections in, index.php is home page, with all hardcoded stuff in, can we not make index.php just load the hardcoded part, and make a page seperately for the categories browsing , because that wor fine, its the total not ok.
and for the rest of the sections the same

I want this done asap, because is horrible when youclick a link.

Fits thought the different flash on the pages was the problem

i made new one for the headers to show the clicked links, this must be integrated n the header too.
Because my client want to show the tabs in white whee you are, now is 2 parts on the header for that, one big with 3 tabs, and one with only seperate buttons, so its not possible to do this separate
