Import Bookmarks

I need to produce 2 readily importable files for 2 sets of bookmarks:
1) Opera 6 bookmarks (in .adr file)
2) Firefox 3 bookmarks (in .sqlite file)
I need to be able to import them to Firefox and Safari.
