1) We need some modifications at the “create ticket” stage. Some extra questions are needed and assigning a “priority”. When the priority is 1 the system needs to send us an text-message.

2) We need an statistics dashboard, like Analytics, with information about tickets. Open, closed, reaction speed of staff, speed of closing tickets etecetera.
