We have an online order form that send e-mail. We want the online order form to write the information into a database and send only part of the information to the client. We want an admin page created with a login so the client can login and view all the orders and the complete order with the credit card information, also have a print button so the client can print the order with the credit card information. Include an order status button – pending means you are showing the complete order with credut card, completed order means the oder has bneen completed and you are to delete the credit card information from the database and leave the other information. The client will manually switch the orders from pending to complete.

We provide the graphics and are looking for the php script and the mysql database file

Copycat Covers recreates and replaces boat covers and upholstery by mail order and website. I need an order form that the customer can fill out that will include them placing dimensions into the form and the form will then make certain calculations to determine the total cost to the customer as well as the amount of material needed to do the job. Once the customer fills in the form, the information will also be used to create a work order that can be used to track the order back at the office and workshop. Client needs for people to be able to order online from his pizza website.

Take a look at pizzahut.com’s online ordering system to see what needs to be done. I want it to be setup like theirs except I won’t need as many tabs for products.

Probably will have 5-7 tabs. Make sure to see how a pizza is ordered with the crust selection and topping selection.

Online ordering system will need to fit the css of the current site which is currently in design.

I need this implemented into their website which is php/sql driven.

I want to create an order book on a secure section of my website that my sales staff can log onto and log the sales they have made and I also want to be able to log in and check who sold what.

The staff would need to be able to enter: Customer name, address, email, telephone numbers (would need a box to say ‘add a number’), product sold (telecoms, terminal or mobiles), a comment box and date sold.

The supervisor would need to view all sales from all staff and be able to search the product sold, date sold and search for customers?

Can any one help?

Also, this will be a constant project, so more work will come.

I have a short time to get something up.

I want to get a form that we manually fill out several times on a daily basis online.

Attached is a file of the form I will want to get online, I want this behind a secure login and the ability to search many of the fields. There are a few items I will want to add and several of these will be drop down menus and radio buttons but the pic attached should give you an idea of how big this form is.

I want to be able to attach an image with each form, and this form will be viewable and editable until its locked and if we have a repeat, the ability to copy and re-use a page would really be helpful.

I would also like to be able to generate Purchase orders from this and email them off.

This should keep previous customer data so we can pre-populate forms

I need this database to be really easy to back up.

A big plus would be if this was viewable/editable on a mobile device like a blackberry.

Im sure I need to talk this through a bit more but generally I want this form to create a database so we can go online and see what orders we have and be able to access and view old orders.
