Niche online marketplace site for members (buyers and sellers) to create listing ads with photos and listing info, buyers can search the ads. Members have account mgmt with various features.
CMS features to manage the site and listings.
Some minor web design (we will do most of it).
Site to be similar to the marketplace features of: http://www.rigzone.com/market/ and http://www.tractorhouse.com/
During project, must have dependable communication available via IM, skype, phone, etc a few hours daily sometime during normal US business hours.
Please provide evidence of sites that you can prove that you developed that are similar in functionalities needed for this project.
Milestone payments to be made only into Scriptlance escrow and released after project is complete and error free.

I have a client who would like a site with functionality for members to upload items for sale. The site should be similar to http://www.rigzone.com/market/
PLEASE NOTE – It is only this part of the site he wants to replicate.
So visitors can either browse by category or perform a search and members can upload pictures and descriptions of the items they want to sell.
