We are a magazine publisher looking to expand into new markets. Currently we design our magazine using In Design. We would like to create a web based process. What we mean by this is a CMS that creates an online magazine that can be printed as a PDF in high quality. The magazine is a 12 page magazine with defined areas that do not change on a monthly basis. We would like to give new business owners with no experience in IN DESIGN the ability to load images to areas on the page, Fill in content and create their own PDF that they can take to the printer to print their magazine without having to use ID. As a company we would like to upload content for different sections of the magazine that can be used inside the magazine. for example if we have a sports section we would like to upload 5 or more stories that the end user can pick one of the stories and insert it into a specific section. Create and online martial arts magazine.

People can create an account Username, Password, and submit details. They can select between
Advert, Feature or event
They type a TITLE and a EXPIRY DATE (So it is archived and need reactivating after the event has passed, or if its an advert keeps them signing in to reactivate it once a month with an email reminder or it will be archived.).

Once selected create the advert, feature or event online upload a picture of the author, and other pictures about their article in a simple online editor and create there feature.

The advert, feature or events are listed in Chronological Order with the TITLE and Picture of the Author in the Magazines index.

Need a flashy front page and select what country they are from and language they will use so it will be a world martial arts magazine.

Prior to any thing appearing in the online magazine will also need to appoint editors who can go online and check the content, if its approved then it will appear on line in chronological order
