I need to get votes for a video, competing in an online music contest (send me a private message and I’ll send you a link).

All you need to do is press the orange “Save Vote” button beneath. The thing is – once you do it from one computer, the vote is registered, and you can’t vote again.

I’m thinking, maybe if you use proxies, you’ll be able to keep voting from the same computer many times. I’m not sure though.

If it can be done, this project needs to be done immediately because the voting ends on Feb 11th at 10am Pacific Time (in 2 days).

Please let me know if you can do this! And we could figure out how many votes we need to do and how much it would cost.

We have a joomla website for a client and we need to install a custom component to it. We need to create an online voting contest. The contest will be a modeling contest. We want people who visit our website to view girls that have joined the competition and give them the ability to see these girls pictures, biographies and other personal information. From here we want our visitors to vote on their favorite girl.

The contest works more in details as follows……

In order for a girl to enter the contest she must purchase a membership. Once someone purchases a membership they are immediately sent to a personal profile page. From here, the member/contestant/girl can upload a few pictures of herself and insert a biography and statistics about her, like height, weight, bust, age, state, city….etc….etc. Once the member is finished with their profile she will have the option to enter the competition. Once the member submits her data, their complete profile will have to be sent to an administrator that will then approve or reject the person. Once they are approved, their profile with pictures and information is automatically sent to the contestants page. On this page, non-members can view the contestants and vote on which one they like the best. The top ten contestants will be showcased inside a module that will be displayed on multiple pages but primarily the home page.

So the main features are this….
1. Subscription memberships(You can possibly use VitrueMart)

2. Personal member profiles with picture uploads and personal information(height, weight, bust….etc…etc..)

3. Online voting system for members and non-members(It’s important that ip addresses are recorded so as not to have multiple votes from the same user/machine.

4. We need this system to adhere to the current CSS stylings that is on our current site.

5. If you’ve read this entire post and not just bid frivolously, please type in the words “I READ YOUR REQUIREMENTS”. This way I can weed out the bid-spammers and hire someone serious.

P.S.
To keep costs low, I am not apposed to combining already created Joomla extensions. Please let me know what you entail to do to make this online contest a reality.

We are looking for a user friendly program to hold an online skills contest. The constest will allow a user to log in and play a particular game for a small fee. The game is time and is like a word search or unscrabble game and there name and time is recorded. The contest will take place for approx. 90 days and the person with the best time will win the contest. The games will be like trivia questions, word search, crosswod puzzles. The program will need to have approx. 50,000 different trivia questions and each player will be given approx. 10 questions. The questions or game needs to be random.
