I have two unused WordPress newsletters (AWeber & Newsletter Pro) for my blog. Both are installed. I need someone to:

1) Help me set the user parameters
2) Run through a test run of both
3) Explain functionality of each
4) Build a MYSQL DB and forms to capture and pass the emails
5) Explain and set email tracking tools
6) Optimize whitelisting of email deliveries

If you are a logical developer you would know what it should do.

People subscribe in osc, it is updated on mailchimp list.
People unsubscribe in osc it removes them from the mailchimp list.
