Clone A Peice Of Software To Develop A New Software

Hi

The project has two main requirements

1) I am looking to get a clone of the following software: http://www.success.net/members/snetdownloadgoalpro.cfm I will be using it for a similar but different purpose but most of the functionality will be the same but with different labels e.t.c I will be using this myself

2) An extension of this is to develop it into a licensed product so the software will need to have licensing protection e.t.c

Please ask me the questions you feel are necessary to work out how to price this project. I am anticipating that it will take 4 weeks for me to define all of the questions, material and processes.

New Software Marketing

We are in the process of releasing new software and are seeking seasoned/professional content writers and Marketers to facilitate us in this process.

Tasks include:
* Technical writing software specs
* Promotional material (flyers/Banners etc…)
* Press Releases.
* Media kit

We are looking to build a long term relationship with selected bidder.
