The visual design is very antiquated and needs to be modernised.

There are a number of html pages that need to be looked at, but will all follow the same pattern/colourscheme .

The new look will also need to be implemented after the design has been approved.

I want to add a new skin to a mediawiki website:
Creating a new skin + logo (according to samples)
a. includes creating logo (very simple one) to fit in its color and size with the new skin design.
b. homepage (it can be done via skin or via wikitext or …)
c. 404 error page that fit with the new skin
d. Contact us form (there is an existing extension for it)

Notes:
1. All rights given to me
2. Clean and documented code in php
3. Payment via escrow and milestones

For the Programmers:
1. Please write in the top of your message if you have any experience in Mediawiki skin programming (e.g. I HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MEDIAWIKI SKIN). If you do have please elaborate. If you dont have any experience please write it in top (I DONT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MEDIAWIKI) – The experience in Mediawiki programming is not mandatory.
2. Working version will be available at programmers test server at all times or in my server
3. Project will be divided into several parts and after each part the programmer will be given partial escrow.
4. The code need to come with lot of remarks to make your code understandable to me .
5. One month of free maintenance (small fixes to the given code).
