I need to move a website – which includes a WordPress component – from one server to another.

We have the WP theme, plugins directory, uploads directory & database from the current host / developer.

We do NOT have access to the current server.

I need to move a wordpress website to a new server – I actually think I did most of it (download/upload site files, export/import database), but I still can’t get the site to work properly.

I have a website with a database – I have migrated all the files to the new server and have also imported the database on the new server – I have already spent 6 hours trying to get the site up using various .htaccess edits – I have managed to get the site up to an extent, but the page takes 40 seconds to loads and doesn’t load CSS.

The web developers used CakePHP if that helps – I have changed the config file to point to my new database location ‘localhost’ and it seems to be picking up data from the database fine.

Please bid on helping me get the site up and running by today please..

My Joomla site needs to be moved from the shared hosting account to the new server I have had set up. This one is a cPanel Virtual Server(VPS) dedictated to the site.

I have a full backup from the current cPanel on hand (145 MB)for the install.

The Joomla install has several external components in it, one is a Jomres booking component and one is a SOBI2 directory installation.

Site is working and all data and functionality needs to come across correctly with the backup.

Experienced server administrators please only apply, kindly show these jobs in your feedback ratings please.

I need all transfer done and make sure all scripts are up and running on new server just like old server.

Progemmer must check that all script work on new server.

I do not have a huge amount of scripts but it is important that the move over is done so all scripts, programs, cron jobs, etc are set up to run like on old server.

Please reply and let me know.

I will give a great reveiw and future jobs to some one who can do this for me at a good price.

We’ve recently moved 2 joomla based sites to a new server hosted by 3ix. The files have been moved over but we can’t import the backup MQSQL data – they are all .frm, .myd and .myi files. We need somebody to get the files to work on the new server and ensure that the site works on the new server.

I am changing web hosts and consequently I need to transfer all my data from my old host to my new one.

I have already made a backup of all the data (23.8GB) and all I need is for someone to transfer all the files from one server to another.

Have a web site at pnpforex.com that I am moving files from one server to the next. I have no problem moving the files to the new server. What I need is someone to help me get the PHP coded files to function on new server as I am sure there will be a few spots where the path the root, etc will need changed.
